One of my friends referred his acquaintance na may balloon decors business. Nag-send na ko ng email, hopefully ok yung rates nya. I researched the designs that I want and decided na I want the following:
- flower balloons
- butterfly balloons
- balloonderitas
- a pair of pillars

Ok na din si hubby don.

Regarding video, gusto ko sana pero mukhang over the budget na ko. I was thinking of creating an AVP din sana tapos ang background song is Swpt Away or Cant take my eyes off you hehe

I was in a seminar the whole day and there was no free wi-fi kaya now lang ako naka-log in.

Girls, I got my kids their swim shorts, goggles, cap and kick board at Rustan's.  They're going to start their swim lessons on Monday.  Exciting!

During the seminar, I came up with some party ideas for our Mickey-themed house party.  One is an all-boys play date/party, maximum of 10 little boys.  I will hire pa rin an entertainer pero the not so famous ones para mura Lang.  Another is a party with girls, but not more than 20 children.  It's hard to trim the guest list so I decided to limit the kiddie guests to kids 2-7 years old.  Good luck to me,  sana huwag magtampo my friends with older kids who are usually in our parties.  I plan to invite my sons' friends in school kasi who live nearby.  Food will either be ordered from Conti's or catered by Sweet Inspirations, which catered the dinner for my lolo's 40th day and nasarapan naman kami.  What's nice pa, they cater to as few as 30 persons and their rest is near our place Lang.

I plan to buy Mickey stools from Handicrafts atbp. for the kids to use during the party then they can take those home.

Grayce, I like Sesame Street and Circus.  Puwedeng Sesame Street goes to the circus ang theme!

Yes, Zoggs ang brand ng goggles.  I got the one na may kasama ng cap.

Balloonderitas yung floating balloons na nakadikit sa invisible string then naka-hang like banderitas.

Photo and video for me especially if you have a magic show.  Hindi ako mahilig sa photo booth kasi I get OC sa lines!  Tapos, not all pictures that come out of the booth are nice.  With a professional photographer, you get assured of good pictures.  A video of the party helps you to reminisce and see what went on during the party kasi for sure, you and your husband will be busy talking to guests that you will hardly notice what is going on.

^Napaisip ako jan sa sinabe mo Marose. Parang gusto tuloy umangat sa priority list ko ng video coverage and bumaba naman ang photo booth hehe. That's something to think about

Adults nag mahilig sa photo booth, knot so much ang kids.  Kapag may photo booth nga sa parties na pinupuntahan namin, sa kalikutan ng kids ko, Hindi kami nakaka-avail unless super early kami.  Kasi, hindi sill mapakali sa line.

Pero uso talaga nag photo booth, which is really a great idea if you want the grown-ups to have souvenirs too.  But that will not sub for the loot bags.  Kids really love taking home something from a party, kahit small toys.

Oh, I forgot to add, for the school party, which is kainan Lang naman plus blowing of candles on the cake, I plan to give the classmates a plastic envelope with Mickey jigsaw puzzle, coloring books and crayons.  I am pretty sure I can find Mickey puzzles and coloring books.  Or puwede rin lunch bag na Mickey or bag tags.  Hindi na ko mag-o-obsess.  Actually, a Mickey party is so easy to execute!

marose, suggest ko lang baka gusto mo yung hotdog song and yung Birthday Book sa playhouse Disney. para familiar ang kids.

san ka kukuha ng cake? wala pa akong nakitang cake na kuhang kuha si mickey. dati ginawa ko bumili na lang ako ng toppers na Little Einsteins kaya base cake na lang halos pinagawa ko (tipid pa). Tapos mapaglalaruan pa ng anak ko yung toppers after.

BTW, magkakaroon na daw ng Special Agent Oso store in the US. bilis sumikat ni Oso!

Van, baka naman may relative ka na magaling mag video and edit?
