Fresh milk - kelangan po ba yung low fat? Or okay na yung regular na fresh milk?

makielam lang po. Mommy Tin wag po full cream milk. pagkainom nun,lalabas lang din uli. 3 po anak ko at after breastfeeding  for 1yr.5mos. fresh milk na sila kasi takot ako sa sugar content ng formula at the same time ayaw nila ng lasa kasi nasanay sa matabang na breastmilk.

Pure/Fresh milk nakalagay dapat.
Iba yung Full cream milk like sa brand ng Selecta,Milk Magic, Greenfields,Harvey,Country Goodness,Magnolia. Before di ko rin alam why its much cheaper yun pala mga latak yun na pinrocess uli kaya pagkainom nila, automatic punta sila c.r. Dapat daw yun bigay na lang sa animals.
Nasanay kasi tayo nakalagay sa mga powder canned milk na Full cream.

Sa US nga they give fresh milk na to kids pag a year old na. Dito lang yata sa tin hinde uso yan. I'll try that on Zoe when she turns a year old.

I'm sad, my hubby sold my car already, hanggang this week ko na lang sya magagamit *sob* *sob*. Sabe nya papalitan daw nya kagad and sana automatic ulit. Para na naman akong beginner driver kapag nag-manual car ako. Hayyy, ayoko mag-cab please, mas mahal pa kesa magdala ko ng car.

My niece din sa winnipeg started drinking fresh milk at 1 year old. 2% fat ha! Pati my other nieces and nephews in the US ganon din, 2% fat or soya milk. When baby turns 1, i want to switch din but hubby thinks better ang formula. pagdedebatehan pa namin yan.

According to hubby, similac daw is the best stage 1 milk. That's based on his research daw. Di ko alam anong basis or baka biased lang siya kasi yon ang gatas ng anak niya.

Nanalo ako don sa naabangan ko sa ebay! Renember that bag na dina-dramahan ko 2 weejs ago jasi ayaw pumayag ni hubby? Well, buti di siya pumayag kasi i found a cheaper one tapos 1st choice ko pa na color and style. Super happy ako! Buti nagbayad ng utang yung kuya ko so hindi mababawasan ang birthday party fund. Hehe.

Mauigs, medyo namamahalan din ako kay PC actually and i cant go over my 80k budget for 100pax. Pero super rave reviews eh! I hope i dont go over budget talaga.

If there's one thing na pwede ko bawasan ang cost is si bunny baker. Mahal eh pero nice! If over ako, i will get na lang from swirls n sprinkles kasi cheaper but nice and yummy also. Got her for the binyag based on van's review.

Re fresh milk, I remember sabi ng pedia, it should be full cream, whole, or whatever you call it, bast a huwag low fat or non-fat.  Basta gamut naming nag nasa box, not sa can.  I meant, fresh full cream or fresh whole milk.  You can see sa box that it usually contains 100 percent milk, nothing more. 

I don't think may best formula or may mas magandang formula.  Depende kung saan hiyang ang baby at kung ano ang affordable sa parents. But most of them are high in sugar and has additives that are not really needed by children.  That's why children who take formula for extended periods, like 5 years old na formula pa rin, may be at risk for diabetes.  May studies pa about how the stuff they add to formula milk may be  hazardous to the health of the baby in the long run but I don't want to scare the mommies here.  So for me, it's better to give your 1 year-old fresh milk than formula.

Luz - wala ako na-receive na pm mo. about kay sophia ba yun?

Tin - Like Marose, fresh milk din ang vote ko. eldest ko kasi formula milk (Similac, Gain Plus, Gain Plus Advance) hanggang 2 1/2y/o kaya super lobo talaga sya, yun pala naman napakatamis ng milk. Tama si Marose to choose whole milk instead of low fat. kung meron ka makita na Vit. D fortified mas maganda for better calcium absorption.

Lisa - laking Similac din kids ko. eldest ko pina-switch ng neonatologist sa Similac kasi mas mataas ang calcium content nya compared to the brand (I forgot na which one) recommended by the pedia. sa youngest ko naman I personally chose Similac kasi nabasa ko na ito lang ang walang melamine content amongst all the formula milk tested by the FDA.

Marose and huckle (sorry sis hindi ko tanda lahat ng names) thanks! Sige, mag fresh milk nalang kame siguro pero bibili pa rin ako ng stage 3 milk kasi for sure kokontra sila mil. Pano sya istore? Sa ref din? Max of 3days yun diba? Thanks. Dame tanong eh. Pag grocery ko next week, we'll buy fresh milk and stage 3 milk na. Yehey!

Lisa, affordable ba yung kay swirls n sprinkles? Like how much? Thanks naku sis, nung una kasi sabi nga namin baka isipin mo feeling close na kaagad kaya hindi agad nainvite. Lols.

Yup, we store the fresh milk,, once opened, in the fridge, sa coolest part, never sa door.  Up to 7 days naman good according to the box, but usually, ubos na yun before the 7th day.

Less effort pa for me ang fresh milk, wall ng timpla timpla!  Sa evening mo ibigay kasi less sweet nga. One cause of tooth decay in children is drinking milk at night tapos Kung matamis ang milk, mas Hindi okay para sa teeth.

May officemate ako, super taba ng three year-old niya kasi naka-formula pa and drinks on the average, 3-4 8 oz. Bottles ng Lactum a day. Sluggish na nga ang bata kasi obese na.

Ako naman hindi ko pa ma let go si formula dahil hindi pa kumakain masyado ng solids yung 2 yo daughter ko. Sa isang meal, swerte na ang 3 subo. Pag naging okay na yung meals niya, slowly ko ilelet go si formula.

Clueless, sabihin mo kay Aila (bunny baker) yung budget mo. para ma adjust yung cake na gagawin nya. flexible naman siya. and i agree, super nice ng designs niya. siya gumawa ng birthday cake ng anak ko last year.

Marose, how old na yung twins mo?

Mga sisses, anong age yung maximum na pwede pumasok as nursery? Also, required din ba na nursery, kinder 1 and then kinder 2 before going to Grade I? --Sorry ha, hindi pa ako nakamove on sa schools topic.
