Hello mga sis! Maybe you want to try 51Talk . I am an online instructor and have been enjoying the job for more than a decade now. They also have other online jobs offered, not only esl instructor. btw, I work at home and my schedule is very flexible. 

Nice naman sis. Mag aapply sana ako na VA pero since d ko pa mabitawan yun office job ko, mag aaaply ako na tutor since flexible nga daw ang working hours. Sis may I ask paano ba ang application process sa 51talk? ilang interviews ang pagdadaanan? thanks.

not all on line jobs are scams I have been teaching on line for almost a year now and I went from this philippines based school whereas they treat us pinays like we are slaves work hard under payed and get a lot of bs that are not supposed to be talked about in forums, anyways I moved from there to another school its an american school based in china i end up being the only Pinay in a school full of american teachers, then i went from there to a school in spain where i earn in euros and get paid handsomely wel im still teaching spanish kids and get something like 12euros per hour.

so you just really need to ask around before you start applying to the said schools

Para iwas scam, I suggest to get projects sa mga established sites na for freelancers like Upwork and Fiverr. Try to join din sa Facebook groups for freelancings para updated din sa mga news about online jobs.

There are a lot of established sites for online jobs. You can start with Upwork. They have categories for different jobs such as admin support, graphic design, programming, etc.

If you have a passion for programming, you can try applying to StableApps. This is a local based software development company but all the staffs are working remotely.
