ubos na ishi advance ko  , i bet need ko talaga icombi pa ng potent or pure or free form na l-glutathione, tama si si etra.ph gluta precursor lang itong ishi advance although glowing skin naman ako while on ishi smooth din... try ko muna continue probio-white dito kasi ako me nakitang lightening improvement. Pag 2-3 shade lighter nako balik ishi advance or plus na ko...

halos 2 mos. na yata ako sa ishi? so far, bitin ako sa glow niya kapag 2 caps a day lang. 4 caps a day ako madalas.

Mag 1 month na ako sa ishi, ewan if may glow ako, pero hindi ko masyado ramdam, im combining it with my ivg. After ng 1 month stop ko narin, parang waste of money kasi, my opinion lang naman, stick nalang ako sa ivg para mas makita ko kung umeefect ba talaga. sayang din 700 pesos ko in a month, save ko nalang yun or better try other oral gluta.

please enlighten me, kasi ang ishigaki ultrawhite ko ay white capsules, but when i googled it may blue capsules and green/yellow capsules..

if its true na gluta booster lang sya, tama lang ginawa ko before na i combo it with ph338..
i want to try ivgluta also, which brand is better kaya..

pretty empress, really? baka mga previous ishi po yun. white caps din sakin. i have bought from different sellers. been taking it for almost 2 months. I have bought 2 30caps bottles at first then now 2 60caps bottles.
kamusta naman po effect nun combo ninyo?

Kasi makikita niyo naman po dun na hindi ingredient ang pure glutathione eh.

Makikita ninyo sa likod, yang Glutamic Acid, Glycine at L-cysteine ang main ingredients netong ishi.

Kaya nga misleading yung print sa harap ng bote ng ishi na "L-glutathione".
Pero sa baba naman niya nakalagay, "Amino Acid Propietary Blend Formula".

^ nag lalighten at nagsmooth skin ko sis, maybe sa NAC na mula sa ishi kaya may smooth effect, although im using whitening soap..
2010 pa ata yung post ni cheska sa ishi ultra nya with blue and green/yellow caps..
i wonder kung gano na kaputi ibang sisses na taking oral gluta only..

ganoon din sa gabi.

dapat 2 x a day

i took ishi 2 months ago for 2 weeks straight, combi ko ito with Gluta IV. Iniinom ko siya during non-IV days and then i stopped kasi feeling ko gumagana akong kumain. blooming ako nun at ambilis nglighten ng skin ko dahil nga siguro nag-IV din ako ng gluta. and then i stopped and sticked to IV nalang parang nawala yung glow sabi ko would it be because i changed brand ng Gluta IV. Then i realized kagabi lang baka dahil sa ishi dahil sa tinanggal ko siya. kaya ngayon, im going to take it again.. pag bumalik ang glow then that means effective nga sakin si ishi. wish me luck!
