ishigaki premium plus yung pinkish white ang effect sis

Hi mga sis, I've started my skin whitening regimen 2 weeks ago. I started using GPO, bleaching soap and lotion but I want to make sure na puputi talaga ako so I'll add oral gluta na din. And I'll start with Ishi.

My question is, totoo ba na dapat sabayan ang gluta ng double dose ng vit c to be effective? For example: 1000mg of gluta should be taken with 2000mg vit c?  My problem is, sinisimura ako sa regular vit c so I take sodium ascorbate which is mas mahal and can cause kidney stones daw. Thanks!

Yes atleast 1000mg ng ascorbic acid.
Drink nalang ng maraming water to prevent stones.
Ako naman di ako regular  nagtatake ng vit c, nagkaka heart burn ako + itchy skin.
Sa enervon c lang ako medyo nahiyang.
Nagkahives din ako nung nag inject ako ng vit c kaya nag iinject ako ng gluta alone.
Umeepek naman ang gluta sakin kahit bihira lang ako mag vit c.

For me it's better to take more gluta than vitamin c, Kaya kahit inooverdose ko yung gluta capsules, hindi ko siya sasabayan ng overdose din ng vitamin c, kasi what i've read delikado ang vitamin c kapag nasobrahan, 2000mg would be the average dose pero i think depende pa din yung sa body weight ng tao, mas magaan, low dose lang ang kailangan then mas mabigat mga high dose na mga 2000mg

Hi sis I was just at Watsons and 7.50 pala per capsule ang fern c while bewell c is 6.20 [textspeak!] so yon na lang binili ko. Baka itry ko din in the future gse, but I heard may side effect daw siya na masakit sa ulo?

Anyways napabili na rin ako ng trial pack ng KB. It's 350 for 20 caps with 500 mg each. Pagkaubos  ko I'll switch to Ishi.

Hi sis yong binili ko KB glutathione pero 10 caps lang pala and the other 10 is Vitamin C Rose Hips.

Grabe sobrang mura pala ng Ishi sa ebay, I saw 1 bottle for 800 which contains 60 caps and 1000mg each.

San available KB collagen and magkano per capsule? Tnx!

I recently bought Ishigaki advance from Averystore, one of the most reputable sellers in sulit. It met the criteria for packaging from the 'g' font to the black seal cap, mukang original naman. May rotten egg smell din. Kaso I tried tasting it, it's not sour. Thanks for supplying info sis, but have you actually tried to taste the capsule to know that it's really sour? Sino po ang nakapag try talaga na tikman ang ishigaki advance or plus? pls. share your feedbacks, thanks!

lately i received my ishigaki premium plus and ph338 that i bought from beauty merchant may tanong lang po ako kasi yun nkikita ko sa sulit na ishigaki premium yun "premium blend glutathione" na nakalagay dun is red and akin is blue is this fake im just a 16 years old student
and kailangan ko mag gain weight kaya bumili rin ako ng ph338 kaso nakaka cystic pimples eto kaya mag ggym & sauna ako para lumabas yun toxin para maunahan ko yun ph338 before its too late hahahah )

hi sis, just to clarify, yung red colored words na "premium blend glutatjhione" is the old label packaging... ang blue bolored words naman, new label packaging na siya "glossy : yun...april this year lang nac- upgrade ang ishi sa labels...
