Yesterday I got my ishi advance 60 caps

After one week of taking Ishi Advance(twice a day with vit.c), super naging smooth yung skin ko.. Overexposed kasi ako sa araw at init nitong summer kaka-beach kaya nagkaroon talaga ng mga pagbabalat sa skin lalo na sa arms kahit todo sunblock naman ako nun.. Ngayon, sobrang smooth na  pero di ko pa naman napapansin yung whitening effect kasi nga one week pa lang..

Nag decide kasi ako na GSE nlng kesa VIT-C eh. Same dosage ba lagi dapat? May overdose ba sa GSE?

you can take it before meal if di ka acidic  30 mins or after if acidic naman take it twice a day to see faster results no over dose kasi excretes lang naman yan through urine....

been unsing ishi advance ok naman sha well i dont know if pumuti kaso kase di pa din same color legs&arms ko hehe mas dark kase arm mas exposed sa sun thats why wanted to use glutathione plus im not brave enough for the ivg hehe

dati kase used to have post pimple marks (as in spots) sa face na super tagal mawala now gone na sila within the month
