i tried taking ISHIGAKI PLUS for a month and i can see the result with in that period of time. but i stopped because of the smell nga, and i tend to forget to take it everyday. i also tried PH338 and it was good also kaso medyo pricey kaya after that i decided to try the ISHIGAKI ULTRAWHITE im just starting mga sisses kaya update ko nalang...

hi update ko while taking ishi ultra... super nice nice nice! lalo ata na boost kasi nag take ako CranUTI im thinking if i will stop coz i had UTI. sayang naman kaya sinama ko nalang siya, vit c, ishi ultra and CranUTI. nakaka glow nga siya. wala pa akong 1 month kasi halos hindi ko pa naubos ang 30 caps  15 days lang ang 30 caps diba.

true... sad to say hindi nyo na makikita yung mga threads before ng ishigaki na super dami ng posts kasi from time to time nag de-delete ng old threads ang mods.... ishigaki plus is way better than ishigaki advance.

i purchase my 1st bottle of ishi advance sa kilala ko nurse sa dr. daw sya kumuha nun 1,500 yun, tpos nagtira ko ng 1pc at umorder ako online for 700 then i compare the 2 sa bottles parehas sya, yung capsule nya magkaiba mas mahaba yung sa 1st purchase ko, i open the capsule at magkaiba din sya yung color ng una prang polvoron, yung 2nd hindi ganun, tingin ko mas authentic yung purchase ko sa kilala ko nurse, khit sya nagulat kc iba nga yung pagka powder nya sa loob, sa smell although may amoy rotten egg yung sa 2nd, pero mas strong yung sa 1st..

sisses, kabibili ko lang ng ishikagi advance and i also bought generic Vitamin E, okay na ba yun na combi? and since I'm working in a graveyard shift (11pm -8:30 am) paano po ba  ang inom? pag ka gising and bago matulog? before or after meal? TIA!
