^sakin naman sa California at Hawaii. 36 days past NOA1 na kami today, waiting is really really hard. i miss my fiance so bad but we're trying to be strong. everyday chinecheck nya status namin so hopefully CSC speeds up even more.

i dunno if this has been answered, pero if both of you are in the philippines pero u.s. citizen ang isa, can you petition for a  visa while both of you are in the philippines?

^i think you can apply through direct consular filing, just read on visajourney about that process sis.

anyone here knows what to do after NOA2? were past the 2 month mark and seeing everyday May files getting approved, just want to know or getting ready rather on what's to come. thank you in advance for all your advice.

got our NOA2 just today, i'm so happy and excited, hopefully before the year ends magkasama na kami ni fiance.

^hindi pa po pwede kasi need nya i meet yung poverty guidelines. what he can do is go here, marry you then go back and file a spousal petition but he has to have work and have a co sponsor na family member nya para ma petition ka. only US citizens can file fiance visa, so if US citizen dapat mameet padin requirements nila na dapat within the last 2 years eh nagkita kayo, above poverty guideline sahod nya. hope this helps.

Joining.. Naginterview ako last monday and thank God I got it! Now next step is CFO.. Where, when and how much is it? Anyone here done with their CFO? Paano po ang process nito? Hope anyone could help me.. Thanks in advance..

^Congrats sis, nag CFO seminar na mo kanina pero interview ko next month pa, nag advance medical at CFO na kasi ako, dinala ko 2 valid id, passport with visa if meron na, photocopy ng ids, i brought nbi clearance, cenomar and birth certificate at proof of ongoing relationship namin pero di naman hinanap. valid ids lang at photocopy and 400 pesos.

^ pa-US ka din ba? Sabi kase nung isang nag CFO na na meet ko mag kaiba daw schedule ng seminar per country.. How true is that? Or maybe hindi lang siya reliable? Mahal din pala un. Yup sis pa US din ako, sa 15 na interview ko sa USEM, wait ko nalang documents from my fianće and i'm good to go. Inuna ko na CFO para babalik nalang ako for the sticker para di na kailangang agahan doon. Kung hindi kasi need mong agahan kasi 30 slots lang sila for a day para sa K1 at CR1 na yun kaya habulin mo, 4am nandun na ako pang 12 na ako eh. Goodluck sis and thank you, please pray maging ok lahat sa interview ko, thanks.

No. CFO slots are first come first serve basis.  Pinakamadaling maubos ang slot ng US.

thank you sis, nawawala na nga kaba ko eh, mas gusto ko ng matapos, 2 weeks nalang malapit lapit nadin, buti nalang 1 week nalang ako sa work para relaxed na ko sa interview, toxic kasi ng mga duty namin ngayon sa hospital eh. punta ka nalang ng maaga sa CFO sis, para masure mo slot mo,

Sa Monday na interview ko, nilipat ko kahapon kasi holiday 15 ngayon dineclare ni Pnoy so buti may nag open na slots for 7, 8 and 9. Thank you sis and sana soon makuha ko nadin visa ko.
