Hi, I just signed up. Married for 5 going 6 yrs this May. Wala pa din pong baby. We are based in Cagayan de Oro. We are choosing between Cebu and Manila kung saan mag s seek ng medical help. Since we are both originally from Paranaque and we have a place pa to stay there, mukang sa bandang South po kami maghahanap.

Nag pa check up na po ako on our 2nd year, the OB said i was ok. We found out naman husband has low sperm count. It could be the reason, pwede ring hindi. So we need an expert's opinion.

Sana po makahanap kami ng Fertility doctor na hindi nman po sobrang mahal, considering our travel costs and the leaves from work that we have to file. I need your wisdom.

Sana OB will not require a Pap, D&C or TVS, nanghihina ako when I think about it. Phobia yata talaga.

sis same tayo. super takot ako sa mga ganyan. i went to an OB for the first time last tuesday, since 5mos married na kami ni hubby and si MIL ko nagpilit sakin magpacheck. super takot ako. my MIL told me mag aask lang daw ng questions si doc and wala na raw iba gagawin thats why i said ok. pero pag punta ko dun, my goodness, sobrang nginig ko when OB asked me to lie down, she checked me inside using a small tool, not sure what it is. hindi naman siya masakit, nafifeel ko lang masakit kasi i kept on closing my legs during the whole procedure. and para lang akong sira na aray ng aray. hubby was waiting for me outside nung curtained room, and he could hear me. when i went out, grabe  takot ko, na parang nasusuka pa ko. but now, thinking about it, hindi naman siya masakit, OA lang talaga ko. as long as relaxed ka lang, nothing painful naman. but i feel scared parin just thinking about it.

btw, my ob is dr. luisa ho, metropolitan hospital. first meeting ko palang with her. we'll see how it goes.

^i'm thinking if I need to take a muscle relaxant pill bec I really don't know how to relax, Baka mapagalitan ako ng doctor Nyan. Malapit na ako sa age where employers require pap smear during APE and I don't know bka mag excuse ako na I have my period sa takot.

^i totally understand that feeling. yan din naisip ko gawing excuse nung first checkup ko kay ob. but iniisip ko nalang, if like ko talaga magka baby kailangan ko magtiis. dont worry sis, not painful siya. basta keep your legs open. dont close them kasi dun naiipit yung tools

4 years ttc and 1 miscarriage last May. I switch Ob last July one of our Gt sis here nagbfp sA kanya on her 1st iui nirecommend sya sa akin, after 2 months of work up and continuous prayers last Sept 2 got my faint positive and yesterday me heartbeat na si baby based on tvs. I take combo meds
Ovamit + puregon + Premarin. My Ob is super cool and compassionate to ttc couple, she always reminded me of Rebecca Bloomwoods or Elle Woods, you can text her anytime kung me question ka she usually gave her celphone nos to patients, hinde sya nagmamadali during consultation and you can ask anything to her na hinde ka mahihiya, super haba Nya magexplain with virtual effects pa ha hehe. Lastly she understand us ttc din kase si Doc before with 7 failed iui, kaya yung mga pinagdadaanan natin napagdaanan din Nya.

i had a consultation with her before and ahe's very knowledgable and magaling mag explain. At first, hesitant ako kasi old na sya (70+) pero when i met her, parang di sya matanda kasi ang lakas and liksi pa nya. She's the OB of my stepmom, her sisters and my cousin. Re: her rate, hindi sya mura

Adozenlove, di ko sure kung malapit ka sa manggahan pero mabait yun ob sa st hannah clinic sa manggahan. Katabi ng johnnys fried chicken. Dra Pastorfide ata name. Nung sinamahan ko friend ko 2yrs ago, 350 ang consultation and ganun din yata binayaran nya for gender check ultrasound. Salve regina marcos hway sya nanganak. Nagstay for 5days and paid around 40k.

went to visit Dr Carmela Madrigal-Dy for pre conception check up hubby and I we're both ok sa kanya.   will see sa mga susunod pang check up.   mabait naman sya ang magaling din mag explain and looks very caring din like a mom   may naka try na po ba sa kanya before?  please share your experiences ..

Meron kayang patients dito si Dra. Mary Faith Angat of Cardinal Santos and Taytay Doctors Multispecialty Hospital? Went to her and she looks nice. Pero wala ako makita feedback on her.

Btw, how do you assess a doctor? Is it ethical to ask the doctor directly kung ano anong cases na naencounter nya or kung ilan na napaanak nya? I find it awkward kasi.

we are seeking for an Obgynecologist who specializes fertility matters.  i have an adenomyosis and a thickened wall on my uterus, had to many transvaginal ultrasounds and yet have no good results.  i thought signing here for us to be facilitated.. hoping to here from here doctors who could help us.

by the way, i have a Medicard so seeking of doctors who could accredit.
