My OB's name is Dra. Rhoda Alcantara from Alabang/Las Pinas. Super bait sha and sobrang magaling mag alaga. She is always there pag may mga questions ako regarding what I feel. Before her, I already saw 3 or 4 other OB's and none of them gave me their number. Only Dra. Alcantara gave her calling card on the first time consultation ko. And she explains things very well.. And as much as possible hindi nya ako pinagagastos, only when needed lang talaga. So far, all is normal sa pregnancy ko and I hope na maging normal ang delivery ko. I also recommended her para maging OB ng wife ng friend ko, and nakuntento din sila talaga.

sis, anong clinic sya? and what schedule nya? my hubby and i are planning to have baby na, thats why naghahanap ako ng magaling at recommended na OB. thank you in advance.

newbie here...pasali din sa thread na to...hubby and I kasi is TTC and I'm planning to switch OBs kasi hindi ko na masyadong feel yung OB ko...i have PCOS too kaya I'm looking for OB Gyne/Reproductive and fertility doctor...baka may marerecommend kayo mga sis from Med City and how much ang consultation fees...thanks

  Hi sis, no wala po syang ultrasound sa clinic nya sa slmc-qc, ithink sa clinica manila in megamall meron not sure though. I think pwede din sya sa infertility.

Sis, my OB-GYNE is DR FLOR GARCIA - NUCUM. She has a lot of positive feedback here at GT. She sees her patients at different clinics at Pasig City. She also have her own lying-in and definitely cheaper even those owned by midwives. Based on her calling card .....

Her contact numbers are 0917-5264263 (globe); 0919-8585350 (smart) and 0923-2183700 (sun). She goes to Patient's Choice Clinic - 748-0819 at the 3rd floor , AD Center, A. Rodriguez Ave cor Evangelista St, Santolan Pasig (above Chowking, near Mcdonals and Save More) every Mon and Wed 1-3pm, Fri 5-7pm and Sat 4-6pm

A stone's throw away is her lying-in clinic and she can see you there anytime just make an appoinment with her - My Choice Clinic, tel no 782 - 6752 and open 24hours.

Every  Tues and Fri 3-5pm, she goes to Immaculate Concepcion Clinic, Market Ave cor Dr Pilapil St, SanMiguel, Pasig City, tel no 641-4939. HMOS are also accepted at this clinic.

On my last visit, she mentioned that she is relieving for Dra Ibay at The Medical City,Sta Lucia Mall along Marcos Hiway every Sat 8-10am. HMOs are also accepted.

She is very approachable, maalaga, kikay, easy to talk to and doesnt charge much. She is affliated with hospitals like Salve Regina and Antipolo City Med Hosp and if tight sa budget just let her know and will adjust it for you.

from doctor patricia bagtas, i switched to Dra.Simeon, but hindi pa din ako satisfied. Until i went to dra. Marissa Reyes, sobrang okey siya. Malinis ang clinic at talagang mabait kausap. may HMO cards siya. At alam ko infertility doctor din siya.

may sarili siya ultrasound sa clinic, at free of charge, basta tingin lang. 300 yata kapag gusto ng copy.

300 lang din consultation fee niya.

Clinic hours: M-Th 11am-2pm 5pm-7pm, Mon-Sat 11am-2pm lang.

Affliated hospitals: unciano, antipolo doctors and clinic antipolo.

May clinic din siya sa Medline near antipolo church.

DRA. CARMELA MADRIGAL-DY.  Pro-normal sya, hindi nagmamadali during the appointment
Was able to deliver via lamaze method. She really followed my birth plan that is why I really love her.
I gave birth pala sa Cardinal Santos.

PCOS din ako...i'm looking for a mabait and approachable na OB na covered ng Maxicare around makati and mandaluyong. Yung first na OB ko kasi eh sa province pa which is hassle for check-ups kaya after ng first visit ko noon eh hindi na ako bumalik. I'm still taking althea pills and metformin but tinigil ko na yung metformin after a month kasi super pangit ng effects nya sa akin. plan na rin kasi namin ni H2B na magkababy right after the wedding. need ko na magprepare kasi seaman si H2B kaya sigurado mahihirapan kami to have a baby...hopefully may makakapag-suggest..TIA..

Hi! I'm PCOS, TTC for 3 yrs but got pregnant after 2 monthly visits with my OB, Dra. Justina Go-Julio. My baby girl is now 2 months, 2 days old! She is an infertility, endoscopy specialist. Has trainings abroad talaga but very humble. She has clinics in St Luke's Med Center, QC, CGH and her own clinic in Retiro, QC. The one in retiro is really nice because she has her own ultrasound machine. So if she's doing the follicle monitoring procedure, mas convenient.  Di pa masyadong marami tao unlike sa hospital clinics.

She's really nice and is very patient to all my queries.  My officemate who is also PCOS and have small myoma is pregnant and is going to give birth this May 2011! Sabay kami nagpa-chk up, nauna lang ako nabuntis ng 2 months. 

Hi sis LeAnEn. May I know the contact number of Dra. Justina? and if possible, her schedule? Is she under Maxicare? I want to find an OB-GYNE that is accessible to my place (Mandaluyong). I was diagnosed before in MMC na I dont ovulate daw. Need to take some meds but was lazy to follow instructions before. Maybe I'm not that pressured to get pregnant that time. But now, I'm decided na kasi I'm getting old na. lol! Thanks in advance sis!
