Hello, mga sis!  My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years and I found out last week that I have PCOS on both ovaries. I would really appreciate it if you can recommend a good fertility doctor in the Makati or Taguig area.  Thank you!

I'm PCOS and retroverted but now 15 weeks preggy.. 

My OB is Dr. Leonila Casanova.  She holds clinic at Tokyo Healthlink (Alabang), Asian Hospital, Pque Doctors and PGH.

Hi! I'm PCOS, TTC for 3 yrs but got pregnant after 2 monthly visits with my OB, Dra. Justina Go-Julio. My baby girl is now 2 months, 2 days old! She is an infertility, endoscopy specialist. Has trainings abroad talaga but very humble. She has clinics in St Luke's Med Center, QC, CGH and her own clinic in Retiro, QC. The one in retiro is really nice because she has her own ultrasound machine. So if she's doing the follicle monitoring procedure, mas convenient.  Di pa masyadong marami tao unlike sa hospital clinics.

She's really nice and is very patient to all my queries.  My officemate who is also PCOS and have small myoma is pregnant and is going to give birth this May 2011! Sabay kami nagpa-chk up, nauna lang ako nabuntis ng 2 months.

May recommended po ba kayo na OB-GYNE sa St. Luke's? Dun din naman yung ob ko, kaso ang panget ng sched nya, T-Th lang tapos 10am-12nn pa. Naiinis pa ako, kasi lagi syang late, dadating sya lagi ng 11:30 or 12 na mismo. ano kaya yun? then once nung nalate ako, kasi may dinaanan lang, sya pa ang galit. tsk tsk Though mabait naman, may topak nga lang. hehe maganda siguro kung may sched ng Saturday. May pcos din ako.

For those in the south area, try Dra. SOnia Estrada Desquitado, Aisan hospital and healthway alabang town center. PF is 600 ata. she also accepts health card but sa asian no intellicare sa healthway meron. Infertility specialists sya and also sa laparoscopy. alumni of UP Med and all trainings nya sa PGH. She is good really.

sis is there any fertility specialists in pampanga? how good kaya are they compared sa mga nasa manila, nakakapagod kc pabalik balik sa manila....added stress pa un for ttc.

Mine is Dr. Dorothy Sia-Cu, she's very nice and accommodating pa and she will answer all your questions/concerns at hindi siya nagmamadali di tulad dun sa ibang OB na na-try ko.

^ Yes, I agree, she is my OB as well and she took very good care of me when I delivered my son in 2008. And she's really nice, will take the time to answer all your questions, and very open talaga siya.

mga sis, pasuggest naman ng OB (no need na specialist) na taga Bulacan. Plaridel specifically. My OB kasi eh sa QC pa, i want to have backup dito sa house namen sa bulacan where i stay most of the time. am 33weeks far along na.

may sinuggest kasi saken yung friend ko, tapos kinontra nung isa ko ding friend hehe so medyo lito ako ngayon.

btw, my OB sa QC is Dra. Thelma Avendano-Elio, she's very good and comes highly recommended. package nya for normal delivery sa St. Lukes is at 70k. For caesarian, 120k or higher (case to case basis, i guess if simple lang it can get lower). private rooms, all in

I had PCOS and got pregnant after 3 years.  Dr. Justina Go-Julio. she is an infertility specialist w/ trainings pa sya abroad.  magaling sya in fairness. my officemate also got pregnant after 2 years of marriage. medyo mas complicated pa pagbubuntis nya.  She has clinics in  Chinese General Hospital, St Luke's Medical Center QC and her own clinic in QC.  I would definitely recommend her.  Patient pa sa mga questions eh yun yung isang requirement ko sa isang OB.

is she really good? i'm ttc kasi and i have PCOS and my hubby has low sperm count.. wanting to conceive for more than a year now.. [textspeak!] OB ko kc ngun medyo lging paspasan pag consultation.. mga 5 mins tapos na usapan.. i haven't gone back to her kc gusto ko n nga mgpalit ng OB..

   Finally met my new ob at SLMC QC, si dra. JOANNA REY-MATIAS, kasi nung first check up ko sa kanya releiver lang yung na meet ko, kanina na meet ko na sya personally, and i think sya na yung heaven sent, kasi i prayed for a doctor who can meet my expectations, 1st na hinanap ko syempre is yung magaan kausap at will let you feel na your safe with her, ayoko ng pinana nerbyos ako. 2nd syempre yung budget. Yung pasok sa budget ko ng pf. And third who gives her celphone number sa patients nya. And reply not necesarily agad, basta will assist you when needed.


   All of these na meet ni DRA. JOANNA REY-MATIAS, she will let you feel na, dont worry, everything will be fine, just follow all the instructions and drink all the medicines, everything will turn out right. And she treats her patients like a friend. Kwentuhan kahit na out of topic na kayo.

   And the most important of all is her maternity package, you wouldn't think na st. Lukes yung price nya. Ito yung CS package na binigay nya. This is for SLMC-QC, repeat CS and no complication with philhealth.

               Ward - 70 to 80k
               Semi private - 80 to 90k
               Private - 90 to 100k

      Yung isang sis sa sp, just gave birth kay dra joanna,  last aug 89k ang bill, repeat cs and big private room. Dahil sa ongoing promo ng st. Lukes.

       Then nag bibigay sya ng celphone number, actually before ako magpunta sa kanya, nag text ako sa kanyaif how much ang cs package nya. Nag pakilala lang ako ng maayos and told her na i got her number sa sp. Then nag reply naman sya agad with her package. Kung pagiging magaling naman, so far ive consulted 3 ob's sa st. Lukes. Pare pareho sila ng sinabi sa kin, yung isa naman tinakot takot ako nung husto, which i dont like. And madami naman syang patients.

6 years ago 55k ang hospital bill ko sa madocs... epidural, 3 days in hospital...

ngayon, my OB asked me to prepare around 70k...

but since malayo na kami ngayon sa madocs, i changed OB na...
