been drinking  ACV  diluted in a cup of water for almost 5 mons now. I drink this every after dinner especially if I ate too much oily food and it really helped me.

no more indigestion, and gastritis attack for me, Thank God!

Everynight 1-2 tbs mixed with honey and water. So far so good.

Nagka nail ingrown ako at eto ang isa sa nakatulong para mapabilis ang paggaling nung big toe ko.  Nag foot soak ako 10mins sa morning and 30mins sa gabi.  Bale warm water with ACV and salt.  Sa gabi after ng foot soak, tatapalan ko ng cotton na may ACV.  2 days pa lang na ginagawa ko ito, ang bilis ng improvement.

@geraldita baka naman masyado matapang dilution mo? mine kasi 10ml acv and 90ml distilled water ,,ok naman

^sa 100ml bottle spray ko sis, more than half dun water tapos saka ko nilagay ang ACV.

Question lang: Hindi ba nakaka micro-peel yung ACV + water toner?

Gustong gusto kong mag try nito, sana effective sa pimples ko

Concern ko lang is, yung micro peeling? May naka experience naba dito mga sis na nag micro-peel for using ACV and water toner?
