Nakabili ako ACV sa Snr Aseana kahapon. Pero hindi siya Bragg. Nature's Intent ang brand. "With the Mother." It's Php 459.95 for 64 FL OZ.

I just want to share my experience. I used this last week lang for weight loss sana, 2nd day ko pa lang e naramdaman kong umuga ang bagang ko sa left. huhuhu  ok naman ang teeth ko ever since, nung uminom lang ako nito saka ko lang naexperience umuga tooth ko so ngayon kumikirot at masakit. I dilute to water and used straw pa naman while drinking and 2 times a day lang naman. nakakainis! so I stop drinking na.

I used it also to my scalp and hair for dandruff, yeah it's true na effective nga sya at malambot sa hair and shiny. I used it also on my warts dami ko kasi nakakapa sa neck ko, ngayon di ko na sila makapa numinipis na sila.

Mga sissies, ingat ingat lang sa pag-inom ng ACV. nakakaloka at nakakasad buti na lang sa bagang hindi front.

^Hi sis! Natry mo na bang mag-gargle ng water after drinking ACV? Ganun kasi ginagawa ko and never naman akong nagkaron ng problem sa teeth.

yes sis... I brush my teeth agad e. may nabasa naman ako sabi wag daw dapat agad mag gargle or mag brush ng teeth after, some readings said na dapat mag gargle agad, nakakalito din.

Ang nabasa ko naman sis after drinking ACV, gargle agad. Twice ko pa nga ginagawa pag may extra time. Logical naman kasi nawwash out nya yung acid. Ang hindi advisable yung magbbrush na agad ng teeth kasi nakakanipis lalo yun ng tooth enamel since exposed sa acidic environment tapos nagagasgas yung teeth with brushing. Kumbaga nasa "weak" state pa yung teeth natin right after drinking the ACV kaya I wait muna mga 10 to 15 minutes before I brush my teeth.

Ganito routine ko: As in pagkamulat, I drink 2 tbsp of ACV diluted sa 8 oz of lemon water, gargle for 20 seconds, ligo, bihis tapos toothbrush na.

sana magwork sakin. kahit kumikirot pa rin ngipin ko e inom pa rin ako, hehe... siguro ang mali ko is brush ng teeth after drinking ACV. yun kasi ang nabasa ko!

I've been drinking ACV Bragg's for a month for weightloss but waley effect. wala na lose saken
1 tbsp ako every morning. then 1 tbps before dinner..  until now can't see any effect with matching workout pa.. dapat kaya every bago kumain?

About po sa toner. 1:1 po sya.. i bought container sa Beabi.. pour acv Bragg kalhati ng container then kalhating water. ayun po kase napanood ko sa youtube. so far so good..

Satisfied ako sa ACV toner ko. but still hoping to lose weight.. huhu

used this for hair rinse....twice a week.. super lambot and moisturized hair ko, plus shine pa! my skin is very sensitive, i tried it on my face diluted with water too, but i had pimples the day after..so tinigil ko agad sa face, nawala pimples ko..meaning hindi ako hiyang for toner.
kaya nga pag sa hair na, am careful na hindi mabuhusan ang nape ko.

^depende sa kapal ng hair or haba ng hair mo sis...sakin kasi mahaba pero manipis strands ng hair ko...so gamit ko 3 cups of water tapos two cups of cider vinegar...
after shampoo ako naglalagay....yung first application ko ever, i leave it for 40 minutes to 1hour...tapos rinse na with plain water...
second ko na application, parang usual rinse lang after shampoo...

sa first application mo sis, wag na muna mag conditioner...sa second mo, pwedeng konting conditioner na after rinsing the acv....depende sa texture ng hair mo na..like for example its very moisturized na and soft, then wag mo na munang lagyan ng conditioner after kasi magiging oily na pag lagyan mo pa...but if tingin mo dry hair mo, then maybe sa second or third application, you can add up the conditioner after;)
