Ang daming nagawa ng ACV saken. 
Natanggal ko nunal ko
alam kong di cancerous mole ko kasi di siya nagbago ng anyo. Sa milliit(as in maliit mga kasing kalake ng nunal ) na bulak lagyan lang ACV at ilagay sa nunal at lagyan ng band aid. Lagyan muna ng petroleum jelly yung paligid para di masunog. yun siguro after 1 week parang may stinging sensation na mararamdaman. 1 month ko bagp natanggal nunal ko. hayaan lang kusang matanggal kasi pag pinilit baka mag iwan ng scar.

hi sis, i haven't tried it as a toner BUT i tried drinking 1 tbsp of ACV in a glass of water and kahit night shift hindi naman ako nagbreakout.. some blogs swear that it is good as a toner.

You can buy Bragg's ACV available at: Healthy Options store. They have a store in Greenbelt or landmark supermarket

I just bought acv from etcmoreshop online, it's not bragg kasi nagkaka ubusan ng bragg. Planning to use this as hair rinse once a week.

Ito yun balak ko i pair with

Shampoo (dilluted castile or clarifying)
Deep conditiner
Acv (dilluted)
Conditioner

My hair was rebonded 2 weeks ago. Di naman masama? Saka ok lang ba gamitin ito kung maynilad ang tubig? D ko alam kung soft or hard water ang maynilad

So many uses but so far I've only tried mixing it with Bentonite clay as facial mask hehe. Will try the recos here

I have tried this as a toner [textspeak!] maasim sa pang amoy at sa mata...no dilution kasi noon...and tried also drinking it.. 2 tsp acv + 1 tsp honey in a glass of water...

How much is the Apple Cider Vinegar in Healthy Options? Or may I know the prices of other brands and where did you get it?

I drink 500ml water w/ 2 tbsp of apple cidar vinegar upon wake up in morning,,very effective I cleansing,,talagang mag poops ka....
acv as a toner ....nag purging me masyado ,so I stop doing it....

I just try using this on my hair,  used 200ml spray bottle -  15 ml acv and the rest distilled water. D ko pa ma assess kung ok sa hair, pero parang after an hour humapdi ata ang scalp ko. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing.

Pero habang pinapatuyo ko yun hair ko sa electric fan, parang mas malambot ang hair ko. Parang d ko na nga kailangan maglagay ng hair serum kasi malambot, pero naglagay pa din ako kasi lalabas ako ng bahay at sobrang init ng araw.

Wala akong makitang Bragg,  kaya Wescobee ang binili ko.. meron din naman siyang "mother". I tried drinking it with water kaya lang parang wala pang effect sa weight loss ko hehe

150 or less yung Bragg sa Healthy Options but you can get it in supermarket in the imported section I think cheaper ng onti.

How long after drinking ka ma poop? Two people already told me they drink cold water upon waking up and sure they will go to the bathroom. No need for ACV
