mga sis, may nabili ako yung apple-cinnamon na drink, from HO rin. OOS daw kasi yung concentrated eh. may naka try na ba nito sa inyo? ready to drink sya kaso hindi ko pa binubuksan kasi hindi ako sure kung may effect ito sa ovulation, ttc kasi ako.

i have a question mga sis... pag ininom ko ba [textspeak!] acv with water and honey effective pa din sya sa acne? or talagang kailangang topical lang??? ok naman sya inumin pag may water and honey, mas panget pa nga lasa ng clium... i bought my acv (small bottle) braggs sa robinsons supermarket pioneer dami pa dun stocks!

Hi sisses! May question lang po ako sana you can answer me.. yung aztec healing clay na lalagyan ng ACV---yung nabili ko kasing ACV is with Honey, hindi ko kasi napansin. So pwede pa rin ba yung gamitin with Aztec or not? TIA!

Well so far sa nabasa ko dati yep its nice to drink it and it can be as a topical din. Pero more of pahid ang need pag for physical din ang like mong effects. What I did dati since pregy ako and super imbalance nang hormones ko as in dami kong pimples on my forehead hideous talaga kasi wala akong pimples before and so far ngayon din wala na. So yung ginawa ko nga I apply Manuka honey all over my face and let it stay there for 30 mins, so far nagiging ok yung pimples ko nacocontrol and medyo nawawala talaga ang maga. Then I used Milea honey and oatmeal soap din. super nice tandem!

sis X_03, try ko nga din yung manuka honey. ano ba difference nun sa normal honey? ang natitikman ko palang kasi yung sue bee na raw wild. Oo maraming stock sa rob pioneer, dun sa may vinegar and toyo section. ako after giving birth hirap na hirap pumayat kahit feeling ko hindi na ko kumakain ang slow na ng metabolism ko

uy sis wag ka super diet lalo na if nag bf ka. In time mawawala din itong mga  flabs natin ifeel mo lang flabulous tayo!

Malaki ang kinaibahan feeling ko nang manuka honey sa raw honey sa destination palang na pinagkuhanan sa price kasi mas expensive ang manuka honey pero ang manuka is mas matindi ata ang antibacterial effect niya. sis before buying basahin mo po muna kung ilang percent yung mgo niya yung  antibacterial chuchu don sa honey. the more na mas mataas the more na expensive.

You can read sis online daming benefits ng Manuka honey. I even gave my mom a jar so she can put on her face (for aging reasons) and so she can drink it as well.

^sis i just mixed it with water, 500ml then 2 tsp of acv, minsan 1tsp nga lang e. Di nako gumagamit ng fem wash. Parang ginaya ko nalang din sa advice ni ob-gyne ni mom ko na water plus vinegar is a good fem wash.

advise din sakin ng OB ko gumamit ng ACV as fem wash dati kasi nagka-discharge ako pang balance daw ng PH level. effective siya.

Yung sa pampapayat effect, regular na yun bowel movement ko pero inde pa rin ako pumapayat di ko pa sigurado kasi hindi pa ako natitimbang.

^usually minimix sya sa water kasi matapang ang ACV, it could sting pag pure ang ginamit

this is very effective for my eczema but my hubby really hates the smell. he fights me because of this.

Do you keep the mixed acv and water in a bottle? Or nagmimix kayo ng bago everytime gagamitin? I plan to keep a dilluted acv it in a spray bottle sa washroom para gamitin sa hair or as toner
