Ang bilis maubos! Kakabili ko lang sa healthy options shang last weekend. Pagdating namin dun may big and small bottles sabi ko kay hubby before umuwi na lang kami bumili ikot ikot muna kami. Pagbalik namin wala na yung malalaki kaya maliit nabili ko

May nakita ako last week na Braggs ACV sa Healthy Options MOA.

Tawagan nyo muna sissies yung mga branch and ask them kung may stock sila para di masayang pagpunta nyo if ever wala.

I just called Healthy Options Greenbelt 5 branch this morning at may stock na daw sila pero mabilis maubos. Nagpa-reserve ako ng big bottle and I'll pick it up tonight. I guess meron na sa lahat ng HO Branches since from import lahat galing un. Go na to your nearest HO branch!

been taking CV tablets for quite a while, I don't expect sudden changes but what I noticed naging mas madalas ang bowel movements ko, like 2-3x a day. It feels good too parang mas magaan pakiramdam ko. Yun pa lang naman for now, I will update you guys.

tried reseraching online, CV and ACV tablets are the same thing. CV lang kasi nakalagay sa bottle.

magkano sa healthy options? sounds pricey kasi....

the best pa rin for me ang braggs...kasi organic and not so expensive....my brother and sister swear on it....my sister is acne prone and ACV has helped her acne and made her pores tighter...bonus na lang pampabilis ng metabolism...hahha....my brother pang balanse lalu na pag naka meat ang ulams....

ako hindi ko matake....ang amoy at ang asim sa tiyan ko....even if its dilluted with water....

good thing i discovered the tablet form so i gave it a try....im not wishing to have super effects but so far i am also happy that since my bowel movement has been more frequent magaan nga sa tiyan.....plus no sour aftertaste ang no mahapdi sa tiyan since the tablet....

braggs has been always OOS sa supermarket lately...kaya nakikitablet din ako....

^sis how do you take your tabs and ilan?

Talaga? 259 sa healthy options? Almost the same din pala sa supermarket. 32 fl oz (946 ml) din.

i buy my applecider online sis.

Sana merun din available dito sa philippines na 1gal. Hahaha...adik lang...

From designer warehaus sis....mas mataas ang concentration nung sa kanya kasi at mas cheaper...pero in case ill run out SOS is my 2nd choice....

2 tabs... 2-3 times a day ang adviced sa bottle kaso since im in my first bottle...i take 2 tabs at night muna....in my 2nd bottle i plan to take at least 2 x a day na....para hindi biglaan...kasi i remembered first week ko...each time i eat....na ccr ako....hindi naman pwede iyon when im out diba kaya hinay hinay muna ako 2 tabs at night muna...para masay sa umaga....lols
