hirap maghanap ng bragg ACV ngayon. i went to shopwise and healthy options, pareho OOS. 

naku ang tagal ko na din naghahanap. ilang groceries na nacheck ko.wala talaga.ilang SM na din. have you had any luck now. last check ko was a week ago pa. kainis!

Pano ba steps ng pg use mg ACV for hair, for toner and pang feminine wash?
Ano po ba right amount ng ACV at water,and pano i apply?

hi, ask ko [textspeak!] po does anyone try ACV sa skin warts? i read a couple of articles about it and its really working for them. I tried it, it works kaya [textspeak!] ang smell, so strong tlaga.

tama mga sis super hirap maghanap ng acv with mother sa Pinas. Within 3 months stay ko sa Pinas wala kaming mahanap ng mom ko...do you have any idea where can my mom buy acv with mother in the Philippines. dito kasi sa Dubai meron kahit medyo mahirap meron padin nabibilhan from grocery...

i've read some benefits of acv, kaya na curious ako though mga around 2weeks ko pa lang na try. i'll update if effective sya for me, since i used it as an hair rinse, kase nabasa ko naka prevent ng hair loss, though i mixed it 2tsp of acv in 500ml water. i also try it as a feminine wash, tama nga wala ngang panghi down there.

thanks mga sis! kung san nyo nabili  acv nyo kasi we have tried sa mga SM na napupunthan namin walang available.

^sis i just mixed it with water, 500ml then 2 tsp of acv, minsan 1tsp nga lang e. Di nako gumagamit ng fem wash. Parang ginaya ko nalang din sa advice ni ob-gyne ni mom ko na water plus vinegar is a good fem wash.

^sis I hear and read from net lang ha...hindi daw ganon ka effective ang tablets. knowing they are already processed iba padin talaga pag nakikita mo ang dumi sa suka at naamoy kasi yun straight talaga and talagang kita mo [textspeak!] mismong iinumin mo! 

pero try mo din baka ok naman.

For almost a month now, I make a concoction of 2 tablespoons of ACV and 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water which I drink twice to thrice a day before or with every meal. Although wala pko na-notice na weight loss so far, parang feeling ko busog ako lagi when I drink this. At naging regular ang bowel movement ko.


Lately, lagi lang out of stock ang Bragg's ACV sa Healthy Options. I tried Heinz as a substitute pero I think it is too acidic kaya I always check HO every time I go to the mall pero so far no luck. Ang ginawa ko muna is to buy the ACV with honey drink. It is P110 pesos. So far so good naman.
