i used acv in treating a nasty wound as antiseptic and it was very effective.
if  you want to drink it, its good to mix it with a little honey. braggs organic is a very good brand.

pasali mga sis, i was surprised at ang dami pala pwede gawin dito, clueless talaga ako, buti i found this thread, anyway binilhan ko ng ganito husband ko nung nagka gout siya, a friend of mine recommended this to me na magaling daw pang tanggal ng gout, so there, i bought a bottle for my husband, pero di niya naubos dahil hindi maatim yung lasa, kaya ayun naka stock na lang, ma try ko nga gawing toner at pag loose ng weight

i mix this with my bath water twice a month kasi sa hair maganda syang clarifying shampoo and for the body, natatanggal naman body odor.tapos pagtingin ko sa tiles, pumuti ang tiles lalo.lol.walang tapon!

This will be my 4th day that i'll be using ACV. I bought this to lessen my dandruff. I tried using it as hair rinse. I rinsed it with water and more than enough conditioner pero it still turned out smelly. Tama yung isang sis natin na kahit 2 days mo na siyang nirinse may scent pa rin siya ng ACV. Imo, it did lessen the itchiness of my scalp but the dandruff is still there. Also since my hair has color parang naging lifeless and limp na yung color ng hair ko. I'm not using this again on my hair.

I also tried using it as toner. This I gotta say it works. I notice the difference na kahit ilang days pa lang. Plus the scent is bearable naman kesa sa naamoy mo siya sa hair.

As for weight loss wala pa ko nakikitang changes.

matagal ko na pong tinigil ito as a toner. pwede din pala sya ihalo sa tubig pampaligo? subukan ko ito at ilagay sa likod ko, [textspeak!] nagka bacne ako lately..

I drink half ACV and 1 spoon of honey in a shotglass every morning.. almost 1/4 na ng ACV bottle ang naiinom ko.. no visible results yet.. hindi pa ako talaga nag lose ng weight..

Mga sis I bought the vinegar. I am currently using it as my toner and iniinom ko din siya 
I mix it with ice tea  I kinda like the taste

hi nakabili ako ng acv kaso heinz ang tatak??? okay lang ba ito?? i mix it with honey and cinnamon powder kinda eeew after baka hindi ko na lagyan ng cinnamon powder next time..... trying to lose weight.....
