ay, pwede pala pang spot treatment lang yung acv... yoko kasi gawing toner disturbing kasi yung amoy... pure po ba na acv yung spot treatment? or kailangan may halo din na mga ek-ek?

tanong ko na din po kung after or before meal yung paginom kasi according sa braggs before daw eh as i backread yung iba after nila ginagawa... ano po ba mas effective for weight loss?

sa expererienced ko, di naman yung tipong papayat ka ng bonggang bongga. una liliit sayo yung fez mo, tapos sa tummy. pero pag matagal mo na ginagamit parang wala ng effect. though feeling ko minemaintain nya yung weight mo. i tried using it as a toner too, sakit sa mata at ilong! haha! nasobrahan ata lagay ko sa cotton.

I have this ACV last 2009 pa 'to. Pwede pa din kaya 'to? binili ko 'to kasi mas nabasa ako na pwede siya pang tanggal ng kelloid or something minor pa dun. then di ko naman nagamit continously. [textspeak!] pa ba mga uses ng ACV? sa'n pa [textspeak!] effective?

i'm using the drink (2 tsp acv + 8 oz water) for 1 month 2x a day. parang wala lang! i don't exercise kasi nakakatamad eh kaya siguro walang effect, hahaha yun nga lang pag di ako umiinom kinakabag ako at bloated. di naman totoo na mareregular yung pag poopoo... i like the taste kasi i love vinegar.  i'm acidic and have gastritis, so far its not life threatening for me.

as for face i tried the toner. 2 days muna stop kasi nagoverdry face. maybe i should put more water. i'll go back once my face is not that dry. maganda kasi sya, less oily face, tightens the pores and dries my zits faster.

just starting doing the apple cider vinegar hair rinse yesterday for my problematic hair loss.    so far, still experiencing some but nabawasan naman.  noticed too that hair is shinier and lighter...so, the build up was really eliminated.  i repeated the hair rinse again today but its a bit drying na. 

don't really mind the smell.

nagkamali ata ako ng bili walang bragg's dito sa amin..
pero kanina tinry ko na siyang inumin, 1tbs ACV + 1cup of green tea+ honey
after 10 minutes nag poo ako, hindi ko alam kung dahil ba yun sa ACV.

^If you're going to use it as a hair rinse, you have to mix 1/2tbsp of ACV with 1cup of water. You can also mix in some herbs or essential oils.

I recently used this as a hair rinse and hair lightener (highlighter) and I'm pretty impressed with it, save for the really pungent smell. As a hair lightener, I mixed equal portions of ACV and lemon juice and I brushed it on small sections of my hair. It gave me natural highlights that are subtle enough and blend with the base. I did this experiment coz I didn't want to dye my hair immediately after a failed dye job (I got the wrong wrong color and turned my hair to a really dark brown that washed me out) and I'm really surprised that it worked. I was skeptical at first but now that I've proven this to be true, I might just do it again.

If you plan on using ACV as a hair rinse or hair lightener like I did, be sure to use it at least one or two days before an event if you don't want to smell like ACV (also, rinse really really well). The smell is supposed to fade completely when your hair dries but I found this claim false. You'll still be able to smell it a day after you do this treatment so be sure you're not going anywhere after one session or you'll be smelling like vinegar.

hi sisses..one month na yung ACV pero 3  days ago lang ako magstart gawin toner. sana talaga maging effective sa akin ito. naiinis na ako sa mga pimples ko.. once a day lang ako mag powder kase nagbabalat yung ibang part ng face ko, yung patuyong pimples. kahit ayaw ko ng amoy. hindi nga alam ni hubby na naglalagay ako nito..napapansain nya, kapag matutulog, para daw ang asim ng amoy ko..kala nya dahil sa gatas. after ko kase mag lagay ng ACV (toner), naglalagag ako ng gatas sa mukha ko..sana talaga mag clear na ulit face ko.

nakakawala din ba ito ng pimple marks?

gusto ko naman i try yung ihalo sa siya sa water.

^ i got mine at healthy options (braggs) but meron din nito sa supermaket. If im not mistake P100+ lang ito.

mga sisses.. ask ko lang, antagal na kasi nitong ACV ko. pwede pa kaya to? last 2009 - 2010 ko pa ata nabili kasi nga may nabasa akong review na nakakalessen daw to ng keloid.. pwede pa kaya to mga sisses? TIA! ^^
