November 2008 ang birthday ng daughter ko and confused ako kung anong age ba dapat magsimula mag-aral? This year na ba? or next year? Parang nung panahon ko, Kinder, Prep lang tapos Grade 1 na agad.

May OB Montessori pa ba sa Dasma? baka pwede nyo rin option yun.

van, yung mga unang books niya yung book talaga ang binabasa ko, pero nung lumabas yung shopaholic and baby, nag ebook na ako. hehe. natapos ko dito sa office yun. hehe. I was supposed to use the Rebecca for Amber kaso nahabaan ako sa name na Rebecca Amber, kaya we removed it and use Amber instead, short and cute! ♥

I thought of buying an e-book reader nung nasa Cali ako last year kase ang mura lang sa Best Buy because of the Independence Day sale. Kaso naisip ko baka maging kagaya na naman yan sa ipod ko na after a while sinawaan ko tapos hinde ko na masyado pinapansin unless nasa mood ako, sayang naman.

bagsak presyo talaga pero naman ang mga caller SUPER irate! Naalala ko pa nun, when it was the release of XBOX 360, 3pm na queueing pa rin! Ang masaklap pa nun, rep/sup pa ang drama ko. haha. ang daming nag pre order for pick up sa bbuy store, pagdating nila sa store, SOLD OUT! hahaha. as in talagang pumipila sila. Tapos yung iba naman, bibili ng HDTV na super laki para sa SUPERBOWL. I remember one time, nagagalit siya dahil hindi pa dumadating yung tv niya, dun daw kasi manonood yung mga kaibigan niya, mapapahiya daw siya. Haha. Tapos, after ng superbowl, ibabalik nila yung tv. kaloka! ang mga amerikano talaga! They have an option kasi to return it as long as with 30 days ata yun from purchase pero hindi refunded ang shipping. haha.

^Ganon talaga sila sis, consumer rights are really big in the States unlike dito sa Pinas, 'magdusa ka' ang drama haha. Even pag face to face interaction they're like that. Yun lang kaya masarap mamili sa US kase ang dali ibalik kapag may complaints ka.

sis lisa,[textspeak!] bambang sa manila area cya. accessible cya via LRT. medyo malapit cya sa UST via dagupan st, basta yung sa likod ng UST wherein ang bagsak mo is sa rizal ave area na, which is yung road na meron LRT and pareho tayo, no choice talaga minsan but to speak in their language here. kaloka kausap din kasi ang mga uncle auntie taxi drivers dito pag normal english

mommy van apir tayo mas gusto ko rin conventional books kaysa sa e-books. naging habit ko rin kasi na pupunta ng coffee shop or tatambay somewhere habang nagbabasa then kakain or coffee. swerte mo to work for SIA:) nowadays PR or citizen lang ang pwede magwork for them.

Emeenem, where are you located?  In Corinthian gardens, there's a good preschool called CLF or something like that.  Ask mo via PM si chili 1113.  I believe she sent her son there.  I think there are a number of progressive schools in Ortigasa area.  Drive around ka.  My friend sent her kid to Mulberry in Meralco Ave.  May Parkwoods Playschooldin in Parkwoods, Pasig.  If you go to the Greenmeadows-White Plains area, you've got a lot of choices.  Philippine montessorid, LEAP, early achievers, britesparks, tumble tots, to name a few.

How i wish maging tulad ng sa US ang consumer rights natin dito. Pero may ibang stores din naman na ok ang return/exchange policy.

Mas gusto ko din to read conventional books than ebooks. But i have an ipad loaded with a few ebooks pang just in case moments.

Grayce, malapit lang pala sa banawe area. Last time kasi hiniram ko yung sa siater ko. Devilbliss din yata ang brand pero di ko alam san niya binili. Wala naman pakialam kasi yon sa presyo at mas madami siyang pera kesa sa akin. Hee.

Yung ears ni bianca flying! Lagi ko sinasabi ayusin ang ears pag karga siya pero malamang di nila ginagawa.

I love the pictures taken at today's photo shoot.

Bianca slept in the car on the way to podium, always yan sa car seat niya. When we got there, nagising siya when i took her from the car seat pero naka-smile agad. We started at 4 and buti good mood siya. We finished at about 440, tamang-tama lang kasi umiyak na siya kasi hungry na. We'll use the other voucher mga mid-may pag kaya na niyang umupo without support.

Talked to my tita madre about having a party sa good shepherd. They have very few toddlers daw kasi mabilis ang turnover ng adoption. Mostly infants talaga so they wont appreciate a party that much. Ito kasi is a maternity home for young/unwed moms then they put the babies up for adoption. So i guess simple party na lang and for gifts, we will request for formula and diapers for donation. Sana kayanin ko to plan with only about 60k, or max 75k siguro, for 80-100 pax. Konti lang small kids ko. My nieces and nephews malalaki na. The youngest before my sister's twins and bianca will be almost 5 years old na in november. Will contact party planners na din. Sana kumasya budget ko.

happy 11th month kenzo!

regarding schools. naku, timing na usapan 'to. last week lang nagtatanong tanong na din ako sa officemate ko ng okay na school. mejo gusto ko na din kasi paghandaan di ba? for pre-school/grade school, i also want a progressive school so i might consider montessori. not sure lang kung ano okay na montessori dito sa south. i came from OB Montessori and I can really say na maganda naging foundation ko dun. Not traditional pero na-stimulate ang learning. for grade school/high school naman, madami ako naiisip like Assumption College or St. Paul pero as much as possible gusto ko co-ed. lia, pareho tayo. i'm considering CSA. yung mga classmates ko dati sa la salle na from this school, parang okay sila. well balanced academically and socially. pero if dito lang sa south, maybe zobel or san beda. okay din yung mga kilala ko sa dlsu noon na from san beda alabang eh and elizabeth seton pa pala. ang hindi masyado okay na napansin ko are the ones from manresa. extremes sila, either they get kicked out in dlsu or if they stay, they are the nerdy/weird ones. hehe no offense if may galing manresa ha.. my observation lang naman from my group of friends.
