^Tin sa Just for Kids may nagbebenta ng authentic milk formula at a lesser price daw. I'm not sure lang if ok talaga sya and how much the prices are pero I sent her a PM and inquired na din, malay mo baka cheaper nga talaga sya.

Thanks for the replies regarding entertainment sa party. Alamin ko nga muna age range nila. Balak ko pa naman no more games, entertainment lang at loot bags then maybe give diapers and milk. Napapaisip nanaman tuloy ako.  may friend ako sa cedar crest. Considering it as venue and maybe have a small party. Super undecided ako!

Van, wow, nags-solids na si zoe! Ako excited nang din mag-solids si bianca. Taka lang ako kasi my sister's exclusively breastfed 4.5-month old twins eh pinagsisimula na ng pedia ng solids. Parang ang aga. Ako will wait at least a month more.

Yung nagbebenta ng formula sa marketplace sa med rep daw kumukuha yata. Taka din ako kung gaano kaya kadami allocation ng medrep? O parang wholesale price kaya bigay ng medrep?

Kasi kami, we buy similac hw direct from abott. My husband's dad is a retired employee. Allowed lang kami to buy 1 box per brand per month pero di namam namin binibili lahat. I think ganyan para iwas na madaming binibili tapos ginagawang business. Kaya i wonder how these sellers get the products.

We get a big can of similac hw for P405 lang for the big can. 900+ ito sa mercury. Huge savings fo us.

^^ako din d makalogin sa iphone kanina. weird. dito sa laptop okay naman. feeling ko sis gawa nung sa japan yan, sa lakas ng earthquake doon possibleng major fault line ang gumalaw, pinas is part of pacific ring of fire including japan kasi.

Buti namention dito yung age range ng mga kids na pupunta ng party. so far sa side ng family ko 3 na kaming may chikitings. 2 toddler then 2 babies. the rest err d ko na ma-say kung meron akong nakakaligtaan na merong kids na friends namin or sa side ni hubby okay sana yung meron baloon twisting ba yun but i'm more keen on getting a magician if ever. kung food cart naman, baka hatakin ko friend ko na magsetup nalang for me instead para makatipid rin and extra income rin if ever. mga tipong mac & cheese, bbq, fries & the like lang kasi ang naiisip ko na kakagat sa bagets if ever & madalas kami mag tag team before pag usapang luto/food ang kailangan namin iraket before sa pinas.

agree ako with albergus. yummy ang food nila. my friend's dad had his 50th birthday 2 years ago and got albergus as their caterer. major bondat afterwards!

any reviews from hizon's? or overrated lang talaga as stated by marose? yung k by cunanan, sobrang major fail for me. okay sana food presentation pero taste wise, ang dry ng pasta, overcooked ang prawns, walang lasa ang chicken galantina. i don't get it why andaming raves online

re: babies behavior, just want to raise my concern rin regarding ADHD. kung si mama marose sa autism ek ek praning, ako sa ADD/ADHD praning specially na i know my husband has ADD and it runs in their blood pa ang pagiging ADHD (his 2 sisters has ADHD, yung bunso grabe major HYPER ever), I'm just really praying & hoping my son doesn't have it. yung cousin ko na baby, meron cya as in super unusually hyper! according to hubby's aunt who's a pedia in the US, watching tv at an early age can trigger ADHD & yung sa cousin ko i think eto ang naging culprit ng ADHD nya

speaking of babies behaviour, i noticed my son tries to lift his head pag nagtutummy time sila ng hubby ko. diba pag newborn d naman nila kaya malift head nila? pag ginagawa nya yun i get super praning and tell hubby to support baby's head more kasi baka mamaya pag tinry nya ilift head nya masaktan cya. and lately medyo naging habit ko ang panoorin cya magsleep. manang mana sa tatay, ang likotttttt matulog! tapos he makes noises everytime he stretches LOL and another thing na kinagulat ko rin is yung mannerism ko na magmake ng noise using my tongue to immitate the "tsk" sound, nagagawa nya. natawa nalang kami ni hubby when he did this after he heard me make the sound while playing with him

ang problema ko sa mga parties yung mga late commers i usually set the program an hour from the time on the invite.. pero meron iba dumadating na mga 3hrs from the time of the invite.. kaya konti tuloy participants sa start ng program..

ang ADHD ano ba ang symptoms nun? and ano ang effect sa growth ng bata? need ko din pala ito iresearch.. baka mamaya meron nito si kyle..

every mom/parent ata watches their baby sleep.. i remember the song ANAK.. touching ang first part ng song pag pinakinggan mo..

yung passport, oo matagal kumuha ngayon.. kasi electronic passport na.. sa pinas pa manggagaling.. si Kyle hindi pa electronic passport nun.. and yes, ang sungit nila

Re ADD/ADHD - if you browse the threads on tv viewing, developmental pedia and speech delay, you will see that I am strongly against early tv exposure for children.  My kids were exposed to the tv only after they turned 2 years old. The American Academy of Pediatrics, my sons' pedia, dev ped and  sons' teachers are all consistent in saying that too much tv exposure may cause speech delay and attention span disorders.  To those who have babies, I strongly recommend not exposing your kids to tv, not even to educational videos.  Even now, 2-3 hours of tv lang ang maximum exposure ng children ko.  Ayoko talaga ng batang nakatutok sa tv the whole day.  Number 1 rule ko iyan sa mga yayas ko kahit noong baby pa sila.  Isa rin iyan sa reason why pinag-school ko na sila.  Masyadong nawiwili sa Backyardigans, Sesame Street (though okay ito for me) at Barney videos dati eh.

My children were exposed to books long before they were allowed to watch tv and we are reaping the benefits.  My kids speak in complete sentences, whether in English, Tagalog or Tag-lish (LOL) and they really love books.  According to their teachers, their vocabulary is comparable to those of 5 year-olds.

Lisa, the seller of formula milk in the marketplace is sis yhels, I believe.  She is reliable naman.  Friend ko rin siya here in GT.

van, yung bday party na pinuntahan namin ni katie last saturday was in shakeys e rod. mejo maliit yung function room nila. at 60 people, sobrang siksikan na kami.

side story, i think highly sociable talaga 'tong anak ko. nung party last sat, hindi siya halos natulog and uminom ng milk. sinusubo ko na sa kanya yung bottle ayaw pa din. ngiti lang ng ngiti sa mga tao and tingin ng tingin sa colorful balloons. she didn't become fussy at all kaya hindi talaga kami nahirapan ni yaya. sa car na lang siya nagstart umiyak.

on formula milk, i get Nan HW from a friend who works for Nestle at 20% discount. So instead of Php 900+ nasa Php 700+ na lang..

Maganda kasi ang Katipunan and E. Rod branch because may arcade.  Puwede na side entertainment yun.  Tapos, sa Katips may ice cream machine.  If dito, hindi na ko mag-aarte, except sa cake.

Edited to add:  Na-e-excite ako.  I had a series of emails with Aila of Bunny Baker.  Open pa siya sa date ng birthday ng kids ko, yeehee!  I will browse her site again and come up with a birthday party theme asap.

hindi pa din ako fully convinced that TV may cause ADHD. or siguro hindi lang ako informed. hindi pa kasi ako nagbabasa about this. yung brother ko nasa canada kasi sila, walang yaya, so madalas para tumigil yung bata, papanood ng tv. 6 months pa lang siya grabe na ang exposure sa tv. but she's very bright, ang sarap kausapin kasi diretso magsalita, ang dami niyang alam, may sense kausap. at hindi siya bulol. maswerte lang kaya siya na hindi siya nag-develop ng ADHD? ano bang percentage ang affected? 

problem ko kasi is my mom takes care of the baby during the day. eh minsan mom ko nanonood ng tv habang karga si baby. may effect din ito kaya?

nalulungkot ako kasi my mom is complaining na. nahihirapan na daw siya to take care of baby kasi matanda na siya at bumibigat na daw kasi. tapos napupuyat daw siya. naiinis ako na nagrereklamo siya na puyat siya at nahihirapan siya kasi pag gising si baby pagdating ko, kinukuha ko sa kanya para makapag-rest siya. tapos maiyak lang ng konti si baby, babangon siya at kukunin sa akin para daw makapag-rest ako. hay. tapos rereklamo siya wala siyang rest. minsan pa sasabihin sa akin wag na ako sa room ni baby matulog, sa room na lang namin para daw maka-rest ako.

tapos minsan naman pag weekend, ako nagaalaga para din maka-rest nga siya. eh pagdating ng hapon, sasabihin sa akin siya na daw kasi nam-miss daw nya kargahin.

ano ba? di ko alam kung anong gusto niya. pero ang pinaka-ayaw ko sa lahat, nagrereklamo siya eh siya itong ayaw mag-rest.

Marose good for 100 yung function room nila. It's spacious and I like it din. This is the branch nearest to us and I'm still considering it although I'll make a decision when I see the El Pueblo branch na. Mabaet din kausap si Jen, she was the person I spoke with when we went there last Sunday.
