Lisa, you can get a townhouse or a lot for 8-10 m here.  I think 14T-18T/square meter na ang selling price here. Soliven is building single detached houses at Denmark Street (near Jericho's house hehe) but there's a problem yata with the title or construction bond.  We're lucky because we got our house for a really bargain price because the owner, a single lady, migrated to Canada and she wanted to sell the property.  We assumed part of her mortgage so half Lang ang cash-out namin.  When we had some of the rooms renovated, mukhang yung iba Hindi nagamit pa.  We prayed din for this before making a decision.  It's no joke to pay amortization.

Hindi ako masyadong nakatingin sa food but most food items have a discount of P50, 100, 200.  I got A box of Cowhead fresh milk for the little boys at 59.95/liter.  I saw people buying gallons of Wesson corn oil, malaki yata ang price off.

Jen and others, kapag maliit pa sila, may stage na nangingilala nag babies.  Ang boys typically maka-mommy paglaki.  Girls naman maka-daddy daw.  My boys are hati: Marty is maka-mommy, Milo is maka-daddy.  Pero mas maka-Lola sila.

Pia, ako naman naliligaw sa South.  Ang alam ko lang Asian Hospital kasi doon ang immunologist ko when I was pretty.  Mall of Asia, mga 3x pa Lang ako nakakapunta.  Mawawala ako sa ATC.

When I was pregnant pala.  Hirap mag-type sa iPad di puwede ang Tagalog or slang words.

I didn't go to work today.  Marty has a scheduled check-up with the developmental pediatrician.  I texted the secretary yesterday to confirm our appointment, which was rescheduled na.  We made the appointment last August pa.  Shunga ang secretary!  She did not text me to confirm daw because the appointment has been cancelled.  I filed a leave na sa office because of the check-up.  Oh well, we're going to GLobal art later for a trial art class.  Marty wants art class.  Milo wants music class daw.

Basta ganun sis  ;D

jen and weng, i think i know na. i've heard of this in the past. nakalimutan ko na lang siguro kasi ang tagal walang baby samin. hehe

Kim, Greenmeadows and whiteplains = mayayaman nga..

At sm makati now reserving the things i'm getting tomorrow. Yung recliner finally mabibili ko na!

Sabi nung taga avent bago na daw yung PES bottles, di na daw nagl-leak. Sabi ko sayang naman yung sakin. Sabi niya pwede daw ipapalit kahit december ko pa binili at kahig no receipt and box na! Dadalhin ko bukas.

Marose, we want sana house-house talaga, not townhouse.

Will go to s&r sa saturday na lang.

Hehe.

Pia, sorry to hear that. Medyo kakatrauma siguro ngyari kay daddy mo noh? Natakot tuloy ako. Hindi ko pa rin mapanood yung youtube. Parang hindi ko kaya.

mother tin i encourage you to watch the video ;D batukan mo ako paguwi ko ng pinas pag natakot ka dyan :P

marose, namimiss ko tuloy sweet inspiration sa katipunan. obviously hindi ako mahilig kumain ;D may kakilala ako na madalas namin puntahan dyan before, sa swallow st ata sila. and a good friend of mine also lives there.

mother weng, ang problema nahihirapan ako mag juggling in pain, waaah :( as in ouch parin talaga ang puson/bone area down there hanggang ngayon. then ngayon mas masakit pa cya kasi nagpapostnatal massage ako, never knew na mas sasakit cya kasi sabi sakin ng massage lady, pinupush back nya yung uterus. di tuloy ako makabangon masyado  :-[

I like that rocker that converts to a small rocking chair for toddlers. This is also on sale at rustans yata.

To take advantage of the additional 10% at 10am-12nn tomorrow, you have to have an sm ad antagd card or a bdo rewards card yata.

Any sale item sa 3-day sale and baby company sale, additional 10% off. To reserve, just tell the SA you're going back tomorrow for the additional 10% off. They will keep your stuff in their stock room then tomorrow, look for SA who assisted you then pay na lang. You can do this at any section sa department store.

I reserved stuff kanina sa baby, home and furniture sections.

Grayce, ang ayaw ko din with living in the south is toll. So kahit papano, for me, mas ok magbayad na lang ako ng toll basta maga da ang daan. And traffic isnt so bad naman. Mas mabilis pumuntang makati from alabang kesa from banawe.

As in napayuko pa ako.

Kim, pwede naman but you wont have the additional 10% off.
