All about Philhealth II

hi!

i have 2 questions, hopefully someone can help.

1. i have been diligently paying my contributions since 2008 both when i was employed and now that i am unemployed however my mom's secretary forgot to pay for my 2nd quarter contribution and i am set to give birth by next week. am i still covered with my philhealth maternity benefits?

2. for my first baby, who i gave birth to last year (may 2012) the benefits that he should be covered with was not automatically deducted to our bill. is there a specific requirement for this to be automatically deducted or talagang for reimbursment pag kay baby? parang may iba kasi na sabe automatic daw inawas sa bill nila.

meron sis. kumpleto naman yun lang talagang 2nd quarter this year. andon sya now actually, tatry nya daw check kung [textspeak!] daw maihabol. sabe nya may 1 month na binibigay pa daw para sa late payment. d ko sure kung totoo.

so as long as may 9 mos straight pala ako ng hulog covered pa. thanks sis!

i wasnt able to reimburse/claim my baby's philhealth thing, dapat pala within 2 months of giving birth ma claim mo na. hay. sayang 1 thou plus din yun

humingi ako ng list ng philhealth requirements sa hospital kung san ako manganganak kasama sa list yung RF1. ang problem ko since January 2013 lahat ng companies required na magpa receive thru online kaya wala ng RF1, pwede kayang Cert of Contributions na lang isubmit? nagtanong kasi ako sa receptionist kaso wala daw yung incharge kaya hindi nila masagot yung tanong ko.

I read in the previous posts na natanong na itong question ko, but it was not really answered yet. (or I might have missed the answer). Need your opinion on how to go about my situation sana.

My civil status sa philhealth ko is "married" pero 5 years na kami hiwalay ni ex-hubby. We don't have any communication now and hindi ko na alam kung nasan na sya.

I am 8 months pregnant now with the child of my boyfriend. I want to use my single name sana pag nanganak ako because I don't want my married last name to be used for anything related to the baby. Gagamiting last name ng baby is yung last name ng boyfriend ko.

The question is, kung single/maiden name ang gamitin ko to fill out hospital and Philhealth docs, maho-honor ba ng Philihealth yun at makakarecieve ako ng Phillhealth benefit?

Kung married name ko naman ang gagamitin ko, will I be able to apply my child as my beneficiary kung ang name ko sa birth certificate nya is yung maiden name ko at ang name ko sa philheath records ay ang married name ko?

sisters, madali ba to reimburse your maternity benefit? whether you claim your benefits at the hospital or after giving birth, same amount lang ba makukuha? tia!

Hi good evening! I just want to ask about my case. My EDD will be on Nov.9, 2013 when i just found out from my previous company for almost 3 years that they didn’t pay from Nov.2012 until May 2013. I started here in my current job from June 2013 and i will file a leave on Oct.15, 2013. I can’t see any problem with my current company cause they are paying on time. But the problem is can i still avail philhealth benifit? If not what shall i do?… Please let me know what to do po and i will truly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

kaso i used my husbands surname nun nasa hospital ako ang gulo gulo tuloy
dami hingi na affidavit kasi nga iba surname ko sa records sa philhealth sa hospital records haaays

@ikaela - nope me makukuha pa kasi na instead na madededuct eh rereimburse since wala pa si baby sa philhealth ko. new born screening and hepa b or was that bcg ang ginawa kay baby.

Same situation kayo ng sister ko. 
Sa pag-fill up ng hospital & Philhealth docs MO, use your married name. Pero ipaliwanag mo sa hospital staffs na kaya married name ang ginamit mo e para magamit mo ang Philhealth benefits mo.

Yes. Sa pag-fill up ng birth certificate ni baby, pwede mong gamitin sa kanya ang surname ni boyfriend, tapos maiden name mo. Pwede mo pa rin siya i-apply as beneficiary sa Philhealth mo, kahit iba ang surname niya, para maka-avail din siya ng benefits na Newborn Care Package. Birth certificate lang naman ang requirement nila, para ma-update nila ang MDR mo.

Hay, na-process ko din kahapon yung philhealth namin.. bale yung philhealth number ko pina-deactivate ko, then yung philhealth ni hubby pina-amend ko from employed to voluntary member at pina-update ko din para maging dependent niya.. nagbayad na din ako ng 1year contribution pra wala ng prob pag nanganak ako.. kainis lang, kasi nung humingi ako ng number at nagtanong ako kung may express lane sa buntis, sabi ba naman sakin di daw applicable sakin yun kahit buntis ako kasi philhealth ng husband ko ang ipa-process ko.. kaloka.. hay, buti mga 1hr lang natapos ko din..

sis ano need pagpadactivate ng philhealth? sinabi mo lang na gusto mo ipadeactivate? yan din sana balak ko kaso my payment na ko hanggang dec 2013. pero hindi kasi ako makakaavail ng benefits dahil kulang sa 9 months contribution ko kaya magpapadependent na lang ako sa hubby ko. thanks

hi! question lang, this august na due date ko pero nagpagawa na ko ng Certificate of Contribution nung July pa kaya ang nakalagay sa COC is JUne 2012 to June 2013 ok lang kaya yan kahit walang July 2013? August pa daw kasi babayaran yung contribution namin for july kaya wala pang OR number, need pa naman ng OR number sa Certificate of Contribution.

Just make sure na mapirmahan agad ni boyfriend ang acknowledgement sa likod ng birth certificate ni baby para maisunod sa kanyang surname kahit hindi kayo kasal. Yung sa kapatid ko kasi, nag-reimburse na lang siya ng Newborn Care Package benefit kasi nasa abroad ang boyfirend niya, almost 2 months pa bago siya nakapag-file sa Philhealth ng additional beneficiary at reimbursement.

Is it true pag CS nakapackage daw sa na 19k ang covered ng Philhealth? Fix na daw per my OB. First time ko gagamit ng Philhealth e.
