^sa pagkakaintindi ko sis, pwede mo magamit yun sa newborn benefit kung sakaling hindi mo magagamit yung sa maternity benefits mo. Pero kung ako sayo, better talk to your ob, baka pwede ka nya tulungan para magamit mo yung philhealth mo. Sila naman ang magsusulat ng reason kung bakit ka magcCS ulet.

i already tried sis pero hindi nya ko nasagot ng diretso since she was actually convincing me na magvbac so baka kaya ayaw nya ko tulungan about that. we decided na lang na wag na problemahin. thanks sis sana kahit yun maavail namin

hi sis, kung tama pagkakabasa ko sa baba mukhang eligible naman basta dependent si baby. but i may be wrong though sa interpretation ko you may want to call the nearest Philhealth office perhaps kung di ka matulungan ng ob mo.

Newborn-dependent/s even if delivery is not covered by PhilHealth (i.e., fifth and subsequent normal deliveries)

sa mga sisses natin na employed, check po natin kung ang mga employers natin ay nagimplement na ng increase sa ating mga hulog sa philhealth.

effective na po kase ang increase [note: on certain salary brackets) sa philhealth contributions this year.    mabuting nababantayan natin kung tama ang ating mga hulog.

@sis billy - no prob sis.  ang alam ko kase effective 01 January 2013 na tong increase in premium rates ng mga members. ichecheck ko pa kung okay yung sakin kase every 29th ang deduction samin.

^ hi sis. kung for philhealth discount, eto yung common na hinihihingi:

* mdr - to check if ikaw or si dependent ay member ng Philhealth, mas better to kaysa sa ID
* copy of contribution from your employer - at least 9 months para sure ka - eto usually hinihingi sa mga employed members

pag self-employed/indvidual member - OR ng payment mo for your monthly contributions

* cf1 - claim form 1 - for the claiming of the benefits with Outright/automatic deduction of benefits

*cf2 - claim form 2 - eto naman ginagamit pag gusto mo magpareimburse/Direct Filing/reimbursement; may 60 calendar days ka kase from discharge para asikusahin ang reimbursement

^ ahhh ok..cf1 & 2 is for self employed/voluntary contri.. thanks sis!  lalakarin ko kasi yung mdr ko personally since our company said na almost 6 months kung intayin ko pa sila magayos..saw that madali lang naman ayusin to.. the contri is readily printable sa site ng company namin..

both cf1 and cf2 are available for employed or voluntary/self employed member.

yung cf1 - inaaccomplish mo yan bago madischarge si patient. para pagkakuha ng bills, bawas na si philheatlh benefits. kaya siya tinawag na outright/automatic deduction of benefits. si hospital na nagcocompute ng philhealth discount from your total bills

si cf2 ginagamit pag hindi ka umabot sa billing ng hospital. for example, gusto mo ng early discharge or di available ang contributions mo before madischarge si patient. you can still avail of the benefits/discount. si claim form 2 ang gagamitin mo instead of cf1 for direct filing/reimbursement. direct filing siya kase ikaw na mismo maglalakad nito sa philhealth.

what i meant for pag self-employed/voluntary member is instead of copy ng ng contribution from your employer, yung copy ng resibo or OR ng montly payment ng hulog mo ang susubmit mo.

you can avail naman po ng philhealth maternity benefits kahit kakastart mo lang ulit maghulog this november 2012 and month of May ka manganganak?

^sis ang alam ko atleast 9months contributions prior to your delivery.. kung nov2012 ka nag-start and may2013 ka manganganak, di ko sure kung tatanggapin ng philhealth.. ang sure lang is yung newborn package (newborn screening, hearing test, vaccines etc.).. pero you still can ask philhealth para sigurado sis..
