Hi mga sis! Ask sana ako kasi manganganak na ako by dec. and this year nakapaghulog ako sa P.Health 9 mos. individually paying. Pero I have previous contributions naman na 7 mos. sa company ko.. pasok kaya ako sa benefit ng P.Health??

hello mga mommies.. ask lang kung mkkavail ba ako ng benefits s philhealth.. i just turned 21 nung JuLy2012.. dating dependent from my parent. but continues nman hinulugan ng DOH (where i work) pero categorized kme as Indiv.paying mamber.. yung hinulugan nila is july2012-june2013.. eh march2013 (1st week) ang expected delivery ko.. kulang ba s 9 months? kaka21 q lang nman kasi nung july.. sana iconsider since tuloy2 naman.. pls help. .

When you get your mdr you may verify but as per your given months of contribution pasok naman

question mga sis. hindi ko pa kasi naauupdate yung info ko sa philhealth. we got married last year, and until now, hindi ko pa sila nauupdate. sabi kasi ni hr, kanya-kanyang lakad daw, eh wala naman akong time dalin yung papers sa philhealth, isa pa hindi ko rin alam kung san dadalin.

next year pa naman ang EDD ko, but i wanted to fix my docs na habang kaya ko pa. magkakadescrepancy ba kung ikkeep yung old info, pero yung sa hmo namin, updated na... btw, hyphenated na po ang last name ko.

sis punta ka na lang sa nearest phealth office sa city nyo. Dapat nakaxerox na lahat ng docu mo iaupdate mo lang naman info mo. Within the day ma aayos yun.

^sis, napansinko lang sa philhealth, mabilis sila mag-update. isang puntahan mo lang tapos agad lahat di gaya sa SSS na maghihintay ka ng pagkatagal-tagal para lang magsubmit ng form. then another wait na naman kung ma-approve or settled.

just visit any philhealth office, sis. ^^

hi mga sis! question! im 5 months pregnant now. nag resign ako sa work ko when i was 2 months preggy. bali yung hulog ko sa philhealth may 2011-feb 2012 (first work), then june 2012-sept 2012 me hulog ako. im due this april. so dapat maghuhulog ako for october-december diba?

so kailangan kong ayusin as voluntary member ito diba? plus mag hulog for the last quarter
also, i have to change my civil status since i just got married diba?
 so i can use my philhealth when i give birth, tingin niyo ba pasok naman ako? me mapapala ako?

eh yung ninang ko sa kasal kanina, ang sabi sakin ayusin na namin ni hubby yung philhealth ni hubby, ilagay ako as dependent kasi hindi na ako nagwowork. ang problema, 3 buwan pa lang hulog niya kasi bago lang sya sa job niya. so in short, kay hubby, di namin magagamit diba?

^ sis ituloy mo nalang yung sayo by paying this quarter even until next yr para wala ka na iisipin.. 9months continuous contribution kasi ang kailangan update mo na rin mdr mo for status change/update of last name or even dependents.

sis mrsluluyz, hindi ba naghulog si hubby ever, even before his new job now? diba accumulated contributions naman yung binibilang? pero lakarin mo na rin yung sa yo, para at least pareho yung coverage nyo

pwede ba reimburse yung mga pre natal check ups ko sa dubai? like ultrasound,lab test etc. ofw kasi ako.

2nd- how about yung pre natal check ups ko dito sa pinas? reimburseable din po ba?

 if yes- how and where ako mag file ng reimbursement?

^Maximum of 1,500 pesos ang reimbursement for prenatal expenses for the whole pregnancy na yun.

These prenatal expenses are covered:

- Prenatal consultation

- Drugs and medicines used during prenatal period, such as anti-anemics, anti-infectives, vitamins, minerals and tetanus toxoid or tetanus immunization
Medicines should be in the Philippine National Drug Formulary (PNDF) list.

- Routine care tests, such as CBC, blood typing, urinalysis, glucose test, Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) test, Venereal Disease Research Laboratory (VDRL) test

- Ultrasound, glucose tolerance test and related tests when they are considered medically necessary

How is Philhealth reimbursement for prenatal costs made?
The reimbursement check from Philhealth is sent to the patient in cases where the patient presented Official Receipts (ORs) in her name.

The reimbursement is sent to the hospital or maternity clinic in cases where prenatal care is provided by the hospital and the patient has signed a certification that prenatal care was provided by the hospital or maternity clinic.

Sa mdr ko ngayon no declared dependents kasi si hubby member din..
Pano magiging qualified si baby sa philhealth benefits kung di pa sya declared sa mdr?

^ declare your baby muna as your dependent. Punta ka sa nearest philhealth office and bring your baby's live birth with photocopy. Makukuha mo agad yung updated MDR with your baby as your dependent. After that, pwede mo na ma process yung philhealth benefits nya.
