sorry mga sis di ko din kasi alam kasi di ako nag inquire sa philhealth. pero yung sa process ng reimbursement need yung marriage contract tapos yung birth cert. nung baby which is hospital na yung nagprovide. Prepare nyo nalang siguro both tapos yung MDR at C01 form ba yun o C1 form from philhealth, prepare kayo 2 copies, isama nyo na din yung list ng contribution nyo from philhealth. Sensya na if di detailed, pero if may malapit sa inyong philhealth much better if inquire kayo

kung 9 months dapat may hulog sa philhealth eh manganak me ng dec. dapat may pay me ng feb? pwede ko pa kayang habulin na bayaran yun ngaun!!

Hi mga sis, I'm going to Philhealth to change my status from single to married and I'm now 19 weeks pregnant, ano ano pa ba ang mga dapat ko asikasuhin sa Philhealth?Ano yung MDR?and yung number of contributions dapat ko na ba kunin yun as early as now?thanks!

Mga sis, pahelp naman if magkaka prob ako sa philhealth. Kasi nagwowork na ko since 2006 pero di tuloy tuloy yun. Pinaka latest na is December 2010- Present yun tuloy tuloy.. Pag nag file ba ko ng philhealth benefit ko pag nanganak ako this oct di ako magkaka prob? Kasi naka leave na ko sa work since June 2012. So june to oct 2012 til my due date naka leave na ko kasi hi risk pregnant ako. May makukuha kaya ko?

Hi mga sis! I badly need your help. I resigned from work last Dec 2011 because of my pregnancy. Yun din ang last na payment ko sa Philhealth. Then this May i decided to update my payments starting January-June, unfortunately Philhealth told me to ask my RF-1 and ME-5 Form from my  previous company so that they can check when was the last payment i made. So i went back there and get the forms, pagbalik ko sa Philhealth mali daw yung dala kasi Certificate of contribution daw yun, nakaindicate naman dun na bayad ako hanggang December at may Receipt # pa, ayaw nilang ichange ang status ko from Employed to Self-Employed. Pero yung friend ko same kame nang case pero dina sya pinakuha nang mga forms na yun. Pinalitan lang status nya then inaccept na payments nya. Pwede bang balik nalang ako dun and kunin ko muna MDR ko then change my status or vise-versa??

Hi mga sis, need help. I resinged from work May of this year. May contribution ako from March, April and May. Plan ko mag voluntary para magamit ko yung maternity benefit ko. I'm due on December 28. Pwede ko pa kaya bayaran yung month ng June? or July na agad? If July i have to pay hanggang Dec para maging 9Mos ang contribution. You think magagamit ko yung benefit ko if last contribution is December din? Please help... thanks!

Hi sisses! I hope you can help me. I am currently ttc and forgot about philhealth!! I am currently unemployed but I have a small biz (returnee from abroad).. I am not yet a PH member so if I applied now will I be able to avail of the maternity package? (I MIGHT be due April 2013)  8 months from now.

@chocolatepink - thanks sis! Ang gulo kasi sabi sa website kahit daw employed e 9 months pa din. thanks for clarifying do you know sis if I'd still be able to pay for my Philhealth na even if I'm on Leave of absence? TIA!

^ hi sis freetea! You're welcome I just recently visited a Philhealth office that's why fresh pa yung info di ko pa nalilimutan...

Since you're employed, but currently on a leave of absence I suggest that it's best to confirm with your HR department if you're still able to enjoy the benefits like sss,philhealth & pag-ibig. There are companies na you will be on No work No pay status but since it's required by law that they need to contribute for their employees benefits. May iba naman depende sa contract but in case they wont then you may only pay for the current quarter. Mas maganda pa din kapag HR na yung magprocess less hassle at stress!

@chocolatepink - Thanks sis! Very informative! Unfortunately kapag nakaLoA sa company namin e hindi binabayaran ang SSS, Philhealth, etc. I guess I'll have to go to Philhealth and pay for the current quarter then. Sayang din kasi. Thanks a lot sis!

Mga sis I have a question with the Philhealth ID, alin ang considered na valid ID from them, kasi yun isa sa pakakatanda ko, may picture tapos un isa ngayon parang atm ID na walang picture. Alin ang gamit nyo when presenting your Philhealth as a valid ID?

Hi mga sis. I hope someone would answer my query, medyo naconfuse lang din kase ako kung magagamit ko yung philhealth ko when I give birth. I resigned from my work last Dec 2011, got employed last Feb 2012 then nagresign uli ako last Apr 2012. Got employed again this July. My expected date of delivery is on Feb 2013, according to Philhealth website dapat naka 9 months na contribution prior to hospitalization. So counting from July 2012 to Feb 2013, 8 months lang yung magiging contribution ko. DOes that mean hindi ko magagamit yung PHilhealth ko? If i'm going to pay my contribution for May and June, tatanggapin pa ba ng Philhealth? Hay sayang naman kase e ((
