tingin ko sis hiwalay pa yung sa baby... kasi sakin nun yung nareimburse lang ang sakin yung sa baby hinde...

What I got from my employer are the pre-signed CF1 and Certificate of Contribution (includes months of payment and invoice reference). Is there anything else needed?

sis, hiwalay yung form para kay baby, pipirmahan din ng employer, otherwise, hindi mo siya maibabawas agad sa bills

i cannot remember kung cf1, cf2 and cf3 forms. basta 3 forms yun kailangan.

Pwede ko bang bayaran yung iabng years na di ko nahulugan before?...like the year 2011...

^honey-ecclair, you can still pay oct-dec 2011 contribution until last working day of january 2012. they're considering late payment for that quarter provided na may ipakita kang receipt/s na paid ka from january 2011 (or in short proof that you are a regular contributing individually paying member). and for the voluntary paying, starting July 2012, from P100 magiging P200 per month na ang contribution...

kase employed(Voluntary kase ako)....
so wala akong mga receipts....di pa ako bumabalik sa Philhealth to ask...
eto pa lang ang unang hulog ko hehe)....I got Philhealth as one of the requiremnts as a Mcdo crew part time ko sana nung College ako but since di natuloy....
Wala pang hulog til now....

^you can ask your previous employer for a certification na binayaran nila philhealth contribution mo, you can ask sa in-charge ng benefits at i-attach narin [textspeak!] resibo ng company. ganon ginawa ko since [textspeak!] 2011 ko 1st quarter employed ako, 2nd quarter onwards voluntarily na ako.

bakit yung iba may CF1 for mommy, may CF1 din for baby..so, puede rin makakuha ng disct for baby through philhealth? ganun ba yun?

Hi mga sis! question lang kc unemployed nako but nag continue ako ng hulog.. yung husband ko may contribution din pwede bang gamitin yun pareho? due ko na kc this month... thanks

^ ang alam ko isa lang magagamit na philhealth. it's either yours or your husband's.

Hello ask ko lang if pwede ba magpareimburse ng mga vitamins tsaka yung mga lab checkup natin while pregnant pa tayo sa philhealth?

hiwalay ang benefit ni mommy and ni baby sa philhealth.. so 2 forms ang dapat i-file for the claim.. ask Philhealth in the hospital kasi minsan iba iba ang requirements depende na sa hospital

before kayo manganak, inquire na muna sa philhealth ng hospital kung saan kayo manganganak.

in fairness sa philhealth, malaki din ang nakuha ko

sisses how much nakuha nyo sa philhealth? may nakachikahan kase akong mommy, same OB kami sa madocs. she only got 2500, NSD. Total bill nya 55K

Sis- sa amisola ka nangnak diba? magkano ba nabawas sa total ng hospital bill mo?
amisola din kasi ako due ko this month 
sino pala OB mo? dami ko tanong hehe

mga sis, i have a different situation pero babakasakali na may idea kayo. my hubby is an OFW. when he paid his OEC nun 2008 kasama na un philhealth nun. last 2010 before i gave birth i updated his philhealth para maging beneficiary ako. i was able to use his philhealth when i gave birth last july 2010, ang laki din ng nabawas sa hospital and PF ng 3 doctors. when he came back here last oct 2010, he paid again for his philhealth. now i'm 30 weeks pregnant again with our 2nd baby, kakauwi lang namin from abroad this week. di ko nabayaran philhealth niya for 2011. pero sabi ni hubby valid yun for 2 years. pwede ko pa kaya magamit un philhealth niya ulit? may limit ba un or what? if we're going to pay his contribution abot pa kaya? nagtry ako magbackread pero wala ko makitang similar situation. hope you can help me please. thanks!
