Sa email din sumasagot ang Philhealth. I emailed them and after 4 days I already got a reply.

bakit masmaliit ang benefit pag sa masmataas na level ng hospital eh dun nga masmahal ang maternity package?

may marereimburse din pala sa pre natal pero dapat yung mga vitamins mo kasama sa list na prescribed ng DOH? you just have to attach the ORs. kaso di naman ma-access site ng DOH to know what are those vitamins.

hi mga sis.. my question lang po.. i'm pregnant and with God's will my EDC is on April 3, 2012. Im employed till oct 2011 and expecting my employer paid my premiums. Then i went to philhealth office, shifted my status from employed to voluntary paying and they gave me an updated MDR na ako na ay voluntary paying status. Question my nakaexperience na ba with similar scenario sa akin?  dapat ba 2 MDR ang iprepresent? one from my previous employer and one my latest MDR as voluntary paying.. iniisip ko kasi pag MDR na voluntary lang ipakita ko kulang ang proof of payment ko since 6 months lang yun oct 2011-march 2012... thanks in advance... any info would be a great help

^ usually yung cf1 sa hr kinukuha kasi may ready na sila dun na signed na ng company representative (if you get it from philhealth or sa hospital, magpapasign ka pa)... kasama na rin siya usually pag humingi ka ng certificate of contribution sa hr...

kelangan pakita mo rin yung mdr mo nung employed ka and mdr mo nung voluntary ka, dapat 2 mdr.  kasi ganyan nangyari sa akin, dapat sana nabawas na sa hospital bill kaagad pero dahil hindi namin dala yung mdr employed, hindi nabawas.  kaya na-hassle pa si hubby kasi sa philhealth office na yun aasikasuhin.

kayemom, your recent MDR will do. just present it with your ORs and certificate of employment (certifying that you were with them until oct 2011 and that they paid the contributions up to that month only) yun kasi ang hiningi sa akin non. tinamad na nga lang ako asikasuhin sayang di ko din tuloy nagamit.

Hindi ko lang alam if applicable sa lahat ng NSD.  Basta keep all your official receipts.  Kasi sa akin, late ko na na-file yung official receipt ng doctor's PF kaya hindi na ata yun mare-reimburse.

gave birth nung nov 11, 11400 lang ang nabawas sa philhealth ko, cs ako. sa hospital bills lang siya kasi yung pf's ng doctors direct sa kanila ako nagbayad. pero may binawas yung ob ko na 5000 sa pf nya, pero kulang pa din para maging 19k

in my case,i will be resigning from work at the end of this year,so next year mag-voluntary na lang ako since may 2012 pa naman ang due ko..so do i need to ask for a certificate of my premium payments from my recent employer para i-attach din dun sa claim ko by may?thanks..

sana dito sa 2nd baby ko makakuha ako ng benefit sa philhealth. sa una kasi di ako nakakuha. dala ko naman mdr ko, OR of payments, certificate of contributions from my previous employer pero wala pa din akong nakuha. ang arte kasi dun sa hospital where i gave birth. gusto pa yung employer ang pipirma dun sa claim form ko eh resigned na nga ako and voluntary member na. hindi ko pa alam nun na pwede ko pa pala ifile sa philhealth office within 60 days.

so i know better now. sana makapag claim ako. sayang din kasi.

i gave birth last June 2010, nadededuct sa philhealth ko is at 30k. kahit ako nagulat nung nakita ko yung breakdown. pero thankful na rin ako at malaki siya. hindi ko alam kung anong basis kung gaano kalaki mga benefits, inisip ko baka based sa salary kasi malaki na dededuct sa akin ng philhealth? i asked comp and ben sa office hindi rin nila alam.

i got the CF1 and MDR sa company, plus certificate of contributions with OR numbers from payroll department. In 2 minutes nagagawa naman nila yung paperwork. i'm so thankful na all in one na sa company ko yung pagkuha kasi yung iba need pa talaga pumunta sa philhealth for the MDR.

sis, paano makukuha yung reimbursement sa philhealth? ako muna kasi ang nagbayad kulang ng signature yung sa office, saturday ako na-discharge for CS, kaya walang office, so reimbursement na lang

sabi sa philhealth 60-90 days daw bago makuha ang reimbursement... paano ba magfollow up? saan ako tatawag, thanks
