Hi mga sis, I am my husband's dependent, am pregnant now and had 2CS before which was covered by my husband's philhealth too. Am hoping for a normal delivery for the 3rd, but of course, this might be CS again, ask ko lang if covered pa ba ang 3rd CS for a dependent? Thanks in advance.

Went to philhealth quirino branch to get my mdr...
Grabe dami ng tao at ang init ng office
Pero infairness mabilis naman mga pila mejo magulo nga lang
Maiksi lang senior citizen lane and for pregnant women
May lane din sila sa baba and even offered me na sila na magtataas at magbababa ng request ko kasi pregnant ako.

sisses, employed ako pero sabi sakin sa HR kelangan daw pumunta sa office ng philhealth to get a copy of my MDR. ganun ba talaga yun?akala ko pwede sila magbigay nun sa employee?

^ Matagal ka na bang employed, sis? Kasi dapat meron ka nun galing sa company ninyo. Sa MDR na yun nakalagay na sila ang employer mo.

when i was hospitalized, si employer na ang nagprovide ng MDR ko. i just went to our clinic. kahit nga nung nagfile ako ng resignation, nagrequest ako sa kanila, binigyan pa rin nila ako.

Sis, pag employee service oriented ang hr ng company nyo sila puedeng kumuha nyan in behalf of the employee.

justineo - baka naman pwede na yung MDR na lang ang ipresent mo. usually, yun ang nakikita kong requirement eh. it will indicate don na bayad ka na kahit wala yung receipt mo.

sis angelice08, it depends sa company..yung previous employer ko, sya nagprovide nung naconfine ako, nagrequest lang ako sa HR..etong current, ako pinapunta sa philhealth pati update ng MDR ako gumawa din..

Since voluntary member ka, malamang hahanapin sayo ang OR mo together with the MDR. Di ako sure sa computerization ng PhilHealth eh. Ideally, dapat nasa database na nila na nagbayad ka pero sa experience ng mgs kakilala ko, hinahanap talaga yung OR pag voluntary ang membership. Lalo na at hindi naman connected ang mga PhilHealth desks ng hospitals sa main data base.

Hindi sufficient ang MDR kasi member's info lang naman ang laman nun at hindi payment details. An inactive PhilHealth member can still have an old MDR di ba.

Hello po.. Sobrang tahimik po yata ng thread ng philhealth ngaun..
Mga sis pahelp naman po, kc po naoperahan po ako nung July 10, 2011
tapos po di ko po nagamit philhealth ko kasi akala ko po hindi pa ako qualified,
ngaun ko lang po nalaman na qualified po pala ako sana nun kasi po pag employed
po pala khit 3months na contri pala pwede na,
ang problem kopo ngaun is pano ko sya marereimburse eh nakalagay po sa philhealth
na within 60 days lang po mula nung naoperahan pede magfile huhuhu..
eh sayang naman po yun, saka para sa akin naman po talaga yun mga sis db?
ma approve pa po kaya ako? Salamat po sa sasagot.

^Kung within 60 days lang sis ang nakalagay, then there's nothing you can do anymore sis. Mahigpit sila talaga sa mga ganyang policies. They won't break the rules just for you.

yes sis, depends sa level ng hospital mo..

btw, for CS level 3 hospital, philhealth deduction was P19k for me, and P2k for baby..
