how much did you spend for your kids party part II

sis  izabelle: Fun talaga school parties sis kahit sobrang bilis lang (1 hour at most! 30 minutes average imagine. hehe). Kaya I made sure na push ang school party before sya matapos ng preschool para maexperience naman. Nakapag-games pa kami (2 games) so tuwang-tuwa talaga mga bata.

manganganak ako anytime starting Oct 19 to Nov 16.
pero sa 29th birthday ng eldest ko at balak ko sana pakain sa klase niya.

sana kakayanin. menu- spagetti, chicken fillet, ? ?, order ako ng cake at mini cupcakes

Has anyone tried organizing a pool party in a public resort? Yun kasi gusto ng son ko for his 7th birthday. Pag private pool naman baka hindi enjoyable yung swimming kasi normally adult pool yung mga for rent na ganon. I have to let go cute decors siguro pag ganito..

^my hubby's friend held her son's 7th birthday party last year in a public pool. they had it on a weekday so there were only a few people. they didn't have problems watching the kids swim. she just rented the pavilion that can fit 50-60 pax and had the caterers set up there.

my daughter also requested for a pool party on her birthday next year. we booked a small private resort here in cavite. tarp na lang ilalagay namin plus some balloons. i wanted sana a styro backdrop but my husband was against it kasi mahangin daw pag february. baka masira lang. simple balloon decors na lang din kukunin ko kasi baka magliparan since outdoor venue. good thing is may kiddie pool so the kids would still enjoy. i'd just buy floaters that they can use.

^I like floaters also sis. May doubts din talaga ako sa pag party sa public resort kasi yung crowd control ba. Mataas yung risk sa amin na host lalo na for the kids.

^look for a small private resort that has a kiddie pool, sis. naisip ko nga din gawing giveaways yung floaters at least useful for them. on my daughter's 1st birthday, we also rented a venue na may pool pero 2 kids lang nagswimming.  hindi namin naadvise yung iba to bring swimsuits.

Preparing for my daughter's 5th birthday this January.

We will have school party and party with relatives.

Yung school party wala pa akong naseset na budget pero I think minimal budget will do kasi she has 7 classmates lang naman! haha!

Party with relatives - almost done na ako mag-book ng suppliers.

So far, ito yung expenses namin:

Pixie forest package for 30 kids - 11k++ (We got 10% discount kasi early booking, kaya mga 10k++ lang binayaran namin.). Kasama na dyan host, loot bags, prizes, etc. Pati yung ride all you can nila. May free cake na din pala.

Additional mascot - 1k

Jikabo Catering (60 adults, 30 kids) - 30k++ (kasama na balloons)

Cre8tiveminds Photography - 5k (for 3hrs party).

Aggys bakeshop - 3,200 (1 peppa pig cake + 3 mini cakes)

Kulang pa dyan yung additional prizes, HMUA, outfit at kung ano pa nakalimutan ko.
