Herschell from the Admin was really helpful and patient with my questions regarding the venue. They are very lax when it comes to decorations, although baka kasi alam na din ng supplier ko ang mga bawal dito sa venue kaya ganun. When you have a sponsor, you get 5,000 off from the venue fee. Ang hindi lang nagustuhan ni hubby ay may stage na pala dun sa clubhouse, but he found it ugly because it was black and looks old and rickety so he ordered it to be removed. Pwede naman pala tanggalin. They were not strict with time, once you book the venue, it's all yours to use throughout the whole day if you wish.

I want to give a 0 rating, but the backdrop looked good, kaya sige, 1 na lang. I'll just copy paste my husband's negative feedback on their facebook page as it pretty much sums up how pissed we are:
Worst 6000 ever spent! Given that it was just a backdrop rental, you could have still provided good service. But instead, the party was already starting and the backdrop and entrance arc were still in pieces..know why? Because you only allocated ONE STAFF to set the whole thing up! Furthermore during the party, I was informed that your staff was caught taking pictures of the kids in our party (so I had someone promptly check his camera), this is a clear breach of privacy and security as he is not an authorized photographer for the event nor is he a guest. I hope no one else gets cheated by this company.
They already apologized and explained why this happened but we still feel like we did not get our money's worth. Sabi pa ng tao ni Mae, gusto daw nila pumunta ng maaga sa venue namin pero sabi ni Mae 11 na lang daw sila pumunta. Our contract with them states that the party will start by 11, bakit niya sasabihin sa tao niya na 11 na sila pumunta?! May nakita ba kayong party na may guest na pero gulo gulo pa din ang venue? Ito ang nangyari sa party namin.

Food was delicious, no doubt about that. The issue is with the setup. Our party starts at 11am. When we arrived at the venue by 9am, the tables were no were in sight. It's as if they just arrived and dropped off their equipment on the floor. By 11am, the tables were still in disarray. I had to tell the head waiter to hurry up since some of the guests have arrived. Our account manager, Ckryz told me they have already done numerous parties at Andrea, but why were they late in setting up for our party? Furthermore, the contract states that we were supposed to have 8 waiters, but during the party, one of the waiter said 3 waiters left. Water was not served, not until people were already eating. The head waiter was nice and helpful though but in the end, we were not impressed with their service.

Dale was great. They were very punctual. He took care of creating a program for the party as we really did not know if our guests would participate in the games. He managed the crowd well, given that at first, the venue was still a mess because of the issues we had with 2 of our suppliers. Although I wasn't really able to watch the whole program, it seemed that my guests had fun. He did close up magic for some of my guests which they enjoyed. Sound system was provided by his friend. They played some of the songs that our son also listens too on YouTube.

A turn off for us was when we sent an SMS to Ras a few days before the party to confirm our booking, he asked us about the party details (event, time, location). Shouldn't he have already marked his calendar for our event after we paid the reservation fee? Anyway, the day of the party came, he wasn't there but he sent somebody instead to cover for him as his cover said he had a family affair to attend to. We did not get the name of the one who covered for him but he was great! He was at the venue early, taking photos of the setup. He was still there even after the guests have already left, asking us if we still need any photos to be taken. He was always ready to take photos of certain guests if we ask him to do so. We got service only, this includes a CD of all HI-Res photos taken.

CAKE AND CUPCAKES: Patisserie Caroline

Owner is a family friend so I am bit biased on this. We got 1 8" fondant chocolate cake with toppers and 2 dozen assorted cupcakes. Their cupcakes are moist and flavorful. They delivered our cake and cupcakes at the venue at the right time. They created the cake as how we wanted it to look like.

Reese Gummy was easy to talk to. They even agreed to meet up with me even if my orders did not meet the minimum cost required. Her personnel was a bit late during the meet and pick up but it was fine for me as I only lived a few blocks away. We got gummy worms and fish biscuits from Reese Gummy. Kahit pala kasing laki ng kamay niya ang gummy worms pack (1kg), ang dami na palang laman nun!
From the grocery and somewhere else, we bought chips ahoy, stik-o, cupcakes.

The pillows are indeed lovely! We gave Roselli an image of how we wanted the pillows to look like and they (she and her team) nailed it. Our guests loved the photobooth. The prints were high quality and fast! DJ Coki was there to get the attention of babies to get better shots. I love Chinky and Tetay (hair)! Chinky was so kind, she always ask me if I am comfortable with what she will do or is doing, if I had any preference with makeup brands. Her makeups are also really clean, she puts a few dab of makeup product on her palette before using a brush to apply on my face, even for the lipstick. She also gave me a retouch kit so I will look fresh all throughout the event, although I had no time to use it. Tetay's hands were really light, I did not feel her combing through my hair or even putting on the hair pins. One thing that turns me off during hair prepping is the pulling and teasing of the hair to the point that I already tear up from the pain, but I did not experience this from Tetay. Thank you Chinky and Tetay for erasing my haggard look for a day!
