I don't know if mahal or mura ang gastos ko but then ang mahalaga successfull party ng Anak ko at lahat Masaya

^sis, galing libre na ang decor.... may extra charge ba on top of per head price? ang iba kasing caterer na natanong ko may 10% additional service charge....

wala sis bylan... kung magkano per plate mo yun na yun x no. of pax... then pag umabot ka ng 20k ang freebies nya choco fountain (make sure na ibilin mo sa waiter na wag i switch off.. dapat continous running para di tumigas ang chocolate) balloon pillars (2) balloon cake ark, tarp, balloon showers... pero yung sakin dahil may nanlibre ng tarp at di pwede magsabit sa venue, nagpadagdag na lang ako ng animal balloons... tapos nagulat ako dinalhan nya ko ng balloon arc... para dun sa entrance... :-)

just a bit of background, it's more of an adult affair, an intimate gathering for 35pax so we didn't have a host and program. just socialization with close friends and family.

we'll prolly consider a more kiddie party when she's 5 or 7 years old. by then we plan to have an alice in wonderland garden theme.

Who do you give tips to and how much for a kiddie party?

For the waiters - is 200 each enough?
Host and Photograper?
Food cart attendant?
For the stylist, do I still need to tip? this I'm hesitant because ang mahal na ng singil sa akin 

Also, do you provide food for the suppliers?

That will depend on the budget and the service provided.
If you think they deserve it, then go na.
Sa stylist mo, I suggest wag na. Her PF is enough. 

I am getting the crew meal from Shakey's din for my suppliers.
Bunch of lunch for each.

^^masarap magbigay ng tip at food sa suppliers lalo na if maganda ang trabaho nila. Sa waiters usually hindi isa2x bigay ko, 2k sa grupo kasi minsan may crew na hindi serbidor kawawa if sya wala makuha.

Sa lightS and sounds 500 lang binigay ko last year kasi nalimutan ko sila wala ako dala na na pera.

Food carts wala ako binigay.

Sa nagdecor wala rin pero nagrequest sya if pwede estrel's cake e ok sa akin kasi never ko sya binigyan ng tip friendship lang.

Sa food naman pwede naman sa caterer mo magpagawa ng suppliers meal/s nasa 200 lang maayos na food na.

Ang hindi ok na feeling e yung inoobliga ka na may food ka na iprovide dahil sa totoo lang kinuha mo sila at babayaran sa serbisyo/produkto nila d naman yun libre. Pag wala silang kliyente alangan d sila kakain ng araw na yun. Ako lang naman yan. Masyado na kasing spoiled ibang suppliers. Pati sila iintindihin mo pa.

Kaya allot ka na lang sis ng budget para dito 10-15k ayos na unless lahat talaga may tip sis.

Wala rin ako binigay na tip sa mga suppliers ko. Ang sa akin lang,  part naman kasi ng trabaho nila yung binayaran ko. Wala naman extra mile na tipong napahaba ang party ko o may bagyo at sobrang abala sila at naaberya kaya personally walang need sa akin.

I gave them food from the buffet na pinatake-out ko sa crew ng Shakeys.

Good idea! I will ask my caterer to create a supplier meal so that it would be cheaper. Okay din to give tips as a group sa catering kasi baka meron sa kanila walang makuha 

Wahhh pero baka hindi ako maka allot ng 10k for the tips! siguro gift nalang kay stylist kasi ang mahal nya maningil hehe, hindi niya ma appreciate ang maliit na tip! Sa contract kasi nila sabi feel free to tip individually... hmmm... pressure to tip them tuloy 

I think too na part na ng trabaho nila yung binayaran ko, ang tip is kung natuwa talaga ako sa service. Kaya lang ngayon kasi parang courtesy na cya
