Hi my daughters 1st bday is on jan next year. So far the only thing I have reserved is the venue edsa Shang garden ballroom 100k down. Guest 300 kids and adults na. I'm planning to get clowning around for party planning services any feedbacks mga sis?

how much ang package sa edsa shang and the inclusions? i actually asked for their rates pero hindi masyadong malinaw yung nabigay sa akin before

i negotiated for 3hrs photobooth, free face painting, caricaturist, free overnight stay and breakfast for 2,  a 2 layer fondant cake and a round of ice tea for the guest plus 8sets childrens chair and tables. In lieu of free emcee, party streamers, baloon arc and baloon burst. theyre pretty easy to talk with naman, the only downside is limited lang ang inaallow na food carts plus may 3k corkage fee last year lang ata nag start tong policy if im not mistaken.

Baby ko bday jan3 but well be hosting the event over the weekend:) tinatamad kasi ako mag plan so till now Hindi ko pa mini meet yung planner hehe I'm thinking at least 3 months before the event kaya pa, inuna ko Lang venue.

If you would like to get your preferred suppliers, book them early tama ka sis sa venue. For me important din mabook ng maaga ang party stylist, host, p/v, cake

^ true yan, book early lalo na kapag yung supplier is wedding supplier din kasi mas mabilis sila mabooked.

original venue na gusto namin for my daughter's bday is Glass Garden pero fully booked na sila sa lahat  ng dates na option namin tapos may slot man e morning nalang which is super aga naman. kaya nag iba nalang kami ng venue.

I'll be getting a planner kasi included na sa package everything , I'll just have to choose among their choices. Like they have affiliated photo video, food carts, Decors, invites, souvenirs, entertainment etc. she told me we can meet up 3 months before said event

For my daughter's school party, we spent about 5k lang for 12 kids and 12 school staff. Mostly DIY lang kaya tipid.

For loot bags..is it really necessary to give lootbags? I haven't thrown my son a birthday party since he was 1. I'm an abroad based. I have one entertainer. Do you guys think he's enough to have in the party?   
Anyone here have tried between these two PP kidstarkale and spark and twinkle. I inquired but they won't give me the quote. I just wanna know how much they normally charge for decors.

nagbabago ako ng isip waahh! if bonggang birthday party or simple lang... may allotted budget naman, di ko lang alam kung travel na lang yung iba... kung tipong Shakeys, nasa 50K lang siguro pag venue, caterer, baka umabot ng 100k. pag wala ako nahanap na venue bago mag October, sign na yun na restaurant birthday na lang kami.
