^^ grabe nga di ako makapaniwala sa gastos  first plan namin is 50k lang budget so sa shakey's kami nag-inquire around 27k lang food tapos ganun din plan namin bobonggahan nalang sa mga add-ons. kaso masikip yung shakey's branch malapit samen kaya we opted for max. ganun din kinalabasan ng gastos! huhuhu! sakit sa bulsa!

^sis go pa rin ako sa plan din namin. mix kami sa food. fastfood & cater.. jobby for kids and cater for adult.. yung asa excel ko ngayon is 60k na. hahahha ala pa outfit dun. hehehhe i inquired sa petals and charles 3 foodcarst plus photobooth - 9k na...  hehhehe

hahaha! o diba magastos talaga sis! kalurkey! pero ok lang.. hindi naman na mauulit ang 1st bday e..

Kami naman, hindi yearly gagawin ganito. susunod e baka sa 7th na nya. o baka hindi pa nga kasi nag aaral na sya nun so ang focus namin syempre studies nya.

sa shakeys ako nagpabinyag e, inabot din kami ng almost 50k yata all in na.. hindi yung food ang nagpamahal yung mga extra details.

there are party venues na worth 100k venue palang.. then kapag high end ang caterer nasa 1k above per head ang singil.. so venue and caterer palang grabehan na..

i know people na they can spend half a million or even more for a kiddie party lang.. talaga bongga as in.

@iluvmysoldier sobrang bongga na talaga nung 450K pero It's really possible na umabot ng ganun ang gastos.  Depende din kasi sa venue yan.   Tapos pag mahal venue, mahal din mga accredited na caterer.

Magastos nga talaga mag-plan ng kiddie parties nowadays.   Maaga pa lang over na ko sa budget ko.   
Di ko nga sinasabi sa hubby ko kung magkano na nagagastos.  Press release ko lang pasok pa rin sa 50K na budget.

Hi mga sis!  Nairaos na rin namin ang 7th birthday celebration ng anak ko last July 28 and thank God, nakipag cooperate and weather at hindi kami inulan.   Dahil nga barely a month na lang ang preparation ko dahil last minute nag decide ang baby boy ko na mag celebrate ng birthday niya, we have no option  but to celebrate it sa house (naubusan na kami ng possible venue), nagka trangkaso pa ako days before the celebration, grabe sa sobrang stress...

                      my birthday cake (July din kasi bday month ko)

                      *sila na rin ang nag provide ng balloon center pieces ko w/ mylar
                        instead of fresh flowers

7.  Official P/V  - JV All Events - P5,000 + 500 TF (kinulit ko talaga si Sir Jun, ayaw sana nila dahil may wedding  sila earlier and ang tapos daw eh 1:30 pm, they came from Sulu Hotel sa QC, pero i said okay lang sa akin basta makarating sila kahit hindi eksaktong alas tres)  Nag text pa sa akin si Sir Jun around 2pm na katatapos lang daw ng wedding at mag motor na lang daw sila para  makarating ng mas mabilis sa Parañaque, grabe, very thankful ako sa kanila, pagkadating nila kunuhaan na  kaagad and venue at ang birthday boy

  PixelBros Digital Photography  - free  -  Officemate ko kasi yung isang photographer and since bago pa lang sa business, they wanted to cover a children's party, kaya Yes kaagad ako 
they are new in the biz, and since mga bata pa nga iba naman ang approach nila sa photography, they will be my official p/v on my bunso's 1st birthday this October

My daughter, Bea - free - gusto niya daw mag picture using our DSLR camera

9.  Giveaways/prices - Sulit and Divi -P4,000 - dahil nga nagkasakit na ako, di ko na ma-career ang pagpunta sa Divi for the giveaways (hindi na kasi ako na-accommodate sa souvenir ko dahil gahol sa time) stringbags (disney cars for boys and disney princess for girls) with school set, coloring books w/ stickers and crayons and mini sticker notepad, nilagyan ko na lang ng edibles at yung game prices ko naman, si Jestler na ang nag-volunteer to buy for me (1K)

well yung party niya eh wala talaga masyadong balloon decors, no balloon drops, no swags. bare talaga ang ceiling. and hindi naman sa blue leaf hineld yung party niya, sa clubhouse lang din. as for the caterer, hindi ko rin kilala eh. pretty sure hindi PC yun caterer niya. pati magician niya, never ko din nakitang namention dito sa gt.

naginquire na rin naman ako sa mga maganda magdecorate ng party like party time, polka dots  etc. pero yung quote nila sakin hindi naman umabot sa ganon presyo. and sa tagal ko naman nagprepare i pretty much have an idea naman how much their services are worth. kaya nga i'm wondering san napunta yung ginastos niya? grabe talaga makasingil yung PP niya.
