Just finished my son's 4th birthday at Max's Sta.Rosa Laguna. I didn't avail of their package since my son wanted a fireman theme party, so it'

40 sets of Menu A, 15 kids menu, 8 pitchers of iced tea: total bill 12,295.
they set up the backdrop which is really nice, according to my yellow and red color instructions. I didn't use tarpaulin, instead i made do with bunting, which I also loved!

party host c/o max's crew: P2k (1500 + 500 tip)

Giveaways and games prizes P3500: each kid has plastic fireman hat with gaggles and gas mask. The hats are personalized with each kid's names which they used in the entire party. I placed the gaggles and mask inside the loot bag together with few chocolates.

celebrant's attire: 1510 (we bought a kiddie Bureau of fire shirt from Camp Vicente Lim so to really suit the theme

Total 22,054. This budget actually ballooned from the initial concept to just celebrate it in Enchanted kingdom, kaming tatlo lang sana. But since I was so moved by this thread that I was able to prepare a party in 6days time..and DIY ko lahat so harassed ako for 3days no sleep for cut outs. I baked the cupcakes, did the toppers and wrappers. yung fire truck cake, sadly di ko natapos, kinapos na sa oras so i ended up buying a simple cake from Red ribbon. Mahirap pala talaga to take charge of everything, lalo na't ako din yung celebrant's mom and doing almost everything, wala akong katulong sa paggawa kundi ang aking househelp, buti na lang creative din ang yaya ko. I did the dessert table, bought gumballs and choco coated candies and gelatins and only selected yellow, orange and red colors to fit in the theme. So far, maganda sana yung kinalabasan kaya lang I wasn't able to have pictures of the details, it only remains in my memories now..Nagtipid kasi ako kaya di na kumuha ng photographer. I was the advance party at Max's to look over the setting up but I forgot to bring the camera. When my husband arrived, the battery was not there since I charged it pala without telling him, so he had to go back home. When he finally came in, madami nang tao so no more time to take photos of the detailed dessert table. Ewan ko ba at di ko man lang naisip na kuhanan na ng pics while i'm doing it at home. Naiwan pa yung cupcake tower ko that I intentionally bought for this party so inarrange na lang yung cupcakes sa table. Lesson learned, cannot master everything...look for suppliers.sana in-outsource ko na lang yung cake ko. Pero generally, all the guests and kids went home happy. Magaling ang party host..and lahat ng nasa dessert table iniuwi ng mga guests. Okay na yun, memory lasts forever!

We celebrated my youngest daughter's 3rd birthday at Jollibee Sta. Ana last February 12, 2012. 60-70 guests.

Theme-- Timmy Time

Souvenirs (85each)-- mini stools from handicrafts atbp. Ms. Grace is very nice and accomodating.I booked her 2 weeks prior to event, so panay ang kulit ko kasi baka di umabot sa event at syempre ang dami dami kong questions. Infairness naman, natapos sya 4 days before the party.. Me and my guests loooovve the stools. Pinag-agawan talaga...   Though maliit talaga sya at hindi mauupuan ng mga kids. I should've get the kiddie stool..next time.. hehe ^,^

Host (3.5k)--i booked it from yanple. She's very lively and entertaining..

Cake and cookie lollies -- les sucreries. it's my 2nd with ms veronica already. I am so glad that she accomodated my order again this time. Medyo mahirap kasi magpabook sa kanya.. It's either fully booked sya or very late sya magreply sa email and text messages.

Balloons--DIY. I bought it from lollipop balloons. I was supposed to make cake arch.. Kaso the cake table that Jollibee provided, was too small at saktong sakto lang yung cake. Obviously, wala nang space for the cake arch... Naging uneven (height) pillars tuloy nangyari. haist! I also made balloonderitas, but when we arrived at the venue, they didn't allow us na idikit sa ceiling... kaya kinalat nalang namin sa floor... When the kids arrived, ayun pinag kaguluhan at pinag puputok yung mga balloons.. haha.. ^,^

Food-- chix with rice, coke, spaghetti, fries and sundae

Face paint (P1750)--ace balloon lab..got it from metrodeal..

P/V-- Child Lounge Photography. I was supposed to get photo + photobook. Since, same price lang
naman, hubby and I decided to get their 5k P/V package nalang.

TOTAL: around 26k. Mag iipon talaga kami for our kids' 7th birthday party.. I want it grand! with huge and rotating cake! haha.. ^,^

@lablynes- matagal ko na kasing nabook yung host from yanple. Mas nauna ko pang nabook ang host kesa sa jabee.. Haha.. Nung una, dami rin nilang sinabing restrictions. Sabi ko sa staff ng jollibee--yung sa ibang branch naman, walang bawal bawal, tapos sa inyo ang dami.. Ayun binawi nila sabay sabing pwede na daw pala outside host, cake, face paint... Hehe..

@sachism- medyo kilala naman kasing supplier yung ace balloon lab.. Kaya di na ako nagdalawang isip na ibook yun thru metrodeal... Actually, maaga nga sila dumating at ang sipag mag face paint sa kids..

last year pa tong party namin na to pero share ko na rin baka makatulong sa ibang moms:)

may gift nga pala para sa celebrant jollibee pillow yata..ngayon ko lang naalala habang nag t-type nito hahaha!! sabi ko kay hubby paki tawagan yung jollibee kasi walang binigay sa amin sa party..nakalimutan rin siguro nila..pero masaya nung birthday,okay talaga sa Jollibee..

^^ Super low-budget ang birthday party ng twins this year.  School party.    Wala pa nga kaming maisip na theme.   Pizza party ang naiisip ko para maiba sa spaghetti and fried chicken party na 95% yata ng parties sa school ganyan ang handa.
