my youngest 1st birthday party was a huge success!! here's a breakdown of the expenses we had, just for future reference niyo mga mommies :)

Sis, who di you get for decor? Had a hard time convincing my husband to increase decor.  I declared 20k sa kaniya (but it costs more hehe), and until now nagpaparinig rinig pa rin from time to time about the decor price.

Sis heaven_scent102, I've been waiting for your post kasi we will be celebrating our son's 1st bday also at VV1. Almost same theme rin pero ours is Candyland theme but more on branded chocolates. Can't wait to see your pictures!! :)

If you don't mind, can you share the price per head that Verleo gave you? Kahit yung sa adults lang kasi I'll be planning to get food at Jollibee for the kids. I'm having doubts kasi eh, feeling ko ang mahal ng bigay ni rio. TIA!! Congrats to your fab party! :)

hello mga mommies! last year pa po bday ng son ko kaya super late na itong post ko, hehe! pasensya na po bihira po kasi ako di sa GT.

Venue: Makati Parks and Garden 5,000.00
Food for Adults: Blue Petals Catering for 150 pax (rice, beef, pork, fish, veggies, pasta, salad, iced tea) 31,655.00
Food for Kids: McDonalds for 60 kids (spag, burger, pie, softdrinks) 6,300.00
Small Cake: Frupcakes 2,050.00
Decors: Mr. Balloonatix (balloons, standees, tarpaulin) 4,100.00 + 500 tip
Ice Cream Cart: Yan-Ple for 150 pax 3,800.00
Host-Magician: Symond 7,500 + 500 tip (hehe pasensya na ang kuripot ko)
Sound System: brought by Symond free, super sulit
Invitation: DIY 400

Daddy's outfit: old polo, shorts and shoes lang, hehe.
Sa pagkaabala namin, nakalimutan naming bumili ng outfit namin ni hubby. Nagkataon lang na naihabol kong bumili few days before my son's bday and si hubby naman nakahanap ng polo and shorts na pwedeng pang-safari. At buti bihira nya itong naisuot kaya di masyadong halatang luma. lol!

at least 70,085.00 ang total expenses. syempre not included ang other materials na hindi nagamit during the party and yung transpo, etc.

kung tutuusin ay maliit lang ang gastos considering malaki ang number of expected guests namin.

the party went really well and super happy (because of symond!) and wala kaming pinagsisihan supplier :)

hi.  despite the heavy rain last saturday, successful naman ang party ni baby... heres the breakdown as far as i can remember.

Kusina ni Kambal Catering :  30850 (75 adults + 30 kids)
Bobi the magicman :  9500
Food carts :  5500
Balloon burst :  450
Kitchen Krafts : 3910 (1 8inch thomas the train cake, assorted themed 30 cookie lollies and 30cupcakes)
Lollicakes by lj moreno : 1690 (3dozens lollicakes and mini styro tower)
Venue rental : 5000
playwithme photobooth : 5500 (3hours unlimited)
elarz lechon : 8500

now the DIYs which is kinda hard to account for are the following so ill estimate nalang:
Decors : 7000 (electric balloon inflator, balloons, styro for backdrop, paints)
family outfit : 6000 (kids' outfit were all from mothercare)
adult prizes : 1000
kids prizes, loot bags, pinata, pabitin, and others : 8000
miscellaneous expenses:  5000 (for all the travelling, kain, tips, meeting and whatever)

total amount:  P83900

i think tama lang estimates ko sa DIY.  more or less i withdrew from my account around that much kasi talaga.  :)

^i posted some of the pics na there. 

i forgot to include pala the candies i bought for my DIY mini candy buffet.  maybe less than 2K.  so that would put my total around 85K for the whole party gastos.  :)
