I had a great first time checkup with her naman matanda na nga lang talaga sabi ng Hubby ko baka daw mahirapan mag CS pero she gave me option na mag normal She can do that daw
Pero we are still thinking kasi nga risky

Mga mommies! I gave birth na yesterday at OLLH. And nadischarge din kami agad kaninang tanghali. Nung lumipat ako ng OB sa lourdes (dra sese), ang pinaka nagustuhan ko talaga dun sa hospital is yung attitude ng mga tao. Sobrang polite and compassionate most of the people there. Basta mababait silang lahat. And cheaper sya than other private hospitals (sa UST kasi ako before nagpapacheck up).

When i gave birth, yung mga resident OBs lang ang di ko masyado feel, but my attending MDs were great. Yung mga residents medyo harsh eh haha like nung kelangan nila ako i-IE pero di ko na mabuka legs ko sa sobrang sakit ng contractions, may mga comments sila na di ko naappreciate especially i'm in a lot of pain. Di naman necessary rude comments, siguro talagang sensitive lang ako at that point. But my attending doctors, from my OB, anesthesiologist, pedia, endo... I love them all. Tsaka yung ibang residents na nagraround, okay din. Yung lang talagang mga nasa DR ang medyo harsh magsalita hehe. Even the nurses sa unit namin mababait sila and maalaga. Even yung mga nagdedeliver ng pantry food at nagkocollect ng basura sa room, mababait din at polite.

Expenses wise, sobrang sulit especially the hospital bill. Napamahal lang kami sa PF ng doctors since 4 ang doctors namin. But yung hospital bill mismo was sulit na. We paid mga 22k sa hospital bill, pero umabot din ng 50k total dahil sa PF ng doctors. Net of philhealth na yan.

Natuwa din ako kasi breastfeeding advocate sila. Bawal ang feeding bottles at pacifier sa room kasi ineencourage talaga nila na mag breastfeed ang mga moms. Even yung pedia ni baby hindi nagbigay ng formula milk prescription, as if she's not giving you any choice but to breastfeed.

Hi sis nope bale total talaga ng 50k binayaran namin. 22k is yung sa amin ni baby -- delivery room, nursery, private room, meds, lahat. Yung around 27k, bayad sa doctors. So total din talaga is around 50k, net of  philheath na.

Private room kami ni baby, nagstay sya sa nursery nung nasa recovery room pa ko, then after maclear sya ng pedia, room in na din agad.

^sis stylus, yes, ob sono si dra pero wala syang sonogram sa clinic nya. May schedule lang sya sa OB ultrasound department ng hospital..

^normal sis. Sabi ni OB nasa 80-90k daw pag CS. Lahat na din yan kasama na doctor's fee.

Good question mga sis kasi nung tinanong ko OB ko kung ano dadalhin, sabi nya lang saken yung nasa baby book daw. So yun ang pinack ko, plus some extras. Pero ang dami ko pa din di nagamit! Haha. Eto yung mga provided ng hospital:

For baby
- disposable diapers (mga 10 pcs yata, di namin naubos kasi overnight lang kami nagstay. We bought 1 pack ng newborn disposables, hindi na namin nagamit at all)
- 95% alcohol para panglinis sa pusod ni baby
- bonnet, pair of mittens, pair of booties
- thermometer
- lactacyd baby wash

For mommy
- maternity pads (1 pack)
- disposable diaper (1 pc lang, susuot lang sayo after delivery)

Eto yung mga dala namin na nagamit talaga:
- receiving blankets/ hooded towels. Bring mga 3 pcs safe na yun in case ma-soil.
- swaddle blanket at least 1. If malaki yung receiving blanket nyo you can double it up as swaddle na din.
- i packed 5 outfit sets haha pero 2 lang nagamit namin. Again, we only stayed overnight.
- cotton balls
- thermometer for mommy
- 2-3 pcs na underpads

Yan yung mga naisip ko right now. I think wala naman akong nakalimutan.

Dra. Juanita Lee was my OB when I gave birth to my second child in Feb 2007 via C/S
SHe's a nun, advocacy nya talaga magpaanak
Blockbuster ang check up sa kanya. Lumipat ako sa kanya last 2 monts bfore giving birth. As in dinadayo sya ng mga galing sa provinces. Her rate back then was 5k for CS and 2.5k for normal.

I paid about 25k (ata  ) bsta di aabot 28k for 3D 2N, private room. May complication pa ko nun coz I have skip heartbeat. I was happy kasi hindi ko nabanggit kay doc yung skip heartbeat ko kasi benign naman pero she was really quick when it was triggered during the operation. May cardio agad to the rescue. may newborn baby test n rin un

May confession before the operation  pupuntahan ka ng pari and pinaattend p ko ng mass nung mejo nkarecover na ko 

I just learned I'm preggy 2 days ago (dito ko pa lang nashare [textspeak!] pang kakilala ko nakakaalam  ) and sya din gusto ko bumiyak sa kin ulet kasi malinis syang gumawa... sino po dito ang under kay Dra Lee and would you know if magkano na rate nya ngayon?
