^in our experience, photocopy lang ng baptismal with annotation of "for confirmation purposes only" at P600 payment lang ang need.. may pina fill outan lang na form smen pagdating sa church yung guard tapos ibibigay lang dun sa window with the payment.. sa form isusulat yung ninong/ninang with their address and phone #.. wala namang hiningi smen na kahit anung document for the ninong/ninang.. hnd rin hinanap sa window kung sino yung ninong/ninang.. si h2b nga nilagay lang yung name nung isa sa kinuha naming ninong sa kasal.. we are not even aware if nakumpilan na at kung ilang taon na yun.. then sa mass ang nag proxy nlng e yung daddy ko.. =)

hubby had his kumpil also here (dito rin kasi church wedding namin) they have kumpil schedule every Sunday at 10 am. Kumpil with mass na yon. you're right, punta ka nlang earlier in order to register. because they have to prepare the certificate earlier para after the mass and kumpil, ibibigay na nila.

Bininyagan kasi ako sa Philippine Independent Church (Aglipayan Church) sa Taft Ave. Actually ever since ang alam ko Catholic ako. Akala ko Aglipayan and Catholic ay iisa lang. Nagpakasal kasi kuya ko last year sabi ng hipag ko need daw magpakumpil ni kuya para makasal sila sa Catholic Church. Buti pinayagan ng church na kahit yun bride lang yun Catholic. Ako naman kasi like kong ikasal sa Catholic Church. Since sa Aglipayan Church ako bininyagan baka alam nyo paano ang proseso sa ganitong situation. Si h2b naman sa Catholic bininyagan tapos bininyagan din daw sa Mormons. So hindi ko alam kun valid ba yun sa Mormons nya. Actually wala akong idea kun pano yun kumpil. Can someone enlighthen me regarding this?

qtpurple04, yung friend ko aglipayan din then yung hubby (h2b then) niya is catholic. sa caleruega sila nagpa-kasal pero di siya ni-require na magpa-kumpil or baptized to catholic. so kinasal sila na aglipayan pa rin siya. better siguro kung itanong niyo sa church niyo, minsan kasi iba-iba sila. hope this helps

Hi... Question po. For Baptismal certificate dapat talaga with of "for confirmation purposes only" ? Sa Iloilo pa kasi kukunin yung sakin e . Yung meron dito sakin may nakalagay na for marriage purposes only. =( Plan kasi sana namin na this Saturday na magpa kumpil e. =(

^ sis, i just called san miguel church. kung gagamitin sa kasal yun kumpil, ang dapat na naka-notate is "for marriage purposes only" kahit photocopy lang daw. here are the other requirements -

* Php600 for every person na kukumpilan
* at least 1 Ninong or Ninang
* You should be there an hr before the kumpil (sched is Thur & Sat 2:30pm / Sun 9:30am)
* do not wear shorts & sleeveless

Hindi kami natuloy this Saturday kasi gahol na sa oras. Hindi kasi availabale yung Ninong ko and wala kami mahanap na Proxy. Yung husband ko nalang sana e. hahaha

Kahit hindi naka white dress pwede ba? Shirt and blouse or sunday dress of any color pwede? i have a white dress pero diko feel na suotin siya e. =(

Pwede kaya violet dress and black cardigans?

kiz_me1109 - wala naman sinabi sis na dapat naka-skirt ang girls. basta wag naka-sleeveless & shorts lang sinabi nila na bawal.

di rin ako natuloy last sat. wala kasi si father na magkukumpil. sa september 3rd ulit schedule namin.
