Well you can still use it pa naman. Kasi if now ka kukuha and October ang travel mo, I doubt makukuha mo sya on time. Kasi marami pa rin ang nadedelay ang release and not sure if may earlier schedule ka na makukuha now.

may sira po ba yung eppasport site? kasi I'm trying to get a sked for new passport kahapon pa but the form only shows contact information

at what number can i call dfa regarding the status of my passport application.

we applied last june 17 and up to now, we haven't gotten the passport yet. it's been 34 days.

Finally applied for my youngest daughter's passport last Friday. Our appointment was scheduled at 1130am so we were there at 11am. My husband met up with us cos he came from a flight. It was so tiring having to sit down and stand up constantly at the documents verification area. They should just install number counters. The worst thing was at the 2nd floor wherein they placed the people in a separate "holding" room prior to the main room with the cashier (where only 1 was open at the beginning!) and photo processing. Their system of herding people like cattle and moving seats is really flawed. A commotion already happened at the group before us when one person lined up at the wrong end of the seats and the security guards were pointing fingers at each other on who's supposed to man the area. People were already getting frustrated and tired and hungry.

They put DVDs to entertain the waiting people but they were violent and PIRATED pa. There were a few kids in the area and are able to watch those. It took 3 guards to choose and start up the thing so quite a few people were walking past lines again, not knowing where to go.

Paying for the application was speedy. I commend the photo capturing people for entertaining my child (1yo) and giving their best efforts in making her sit properly and look at the camera. All in all, it took us almost 3 hours. Had our lunch at 2pm.

Even the restrooms had lines. I was expecting more than the old DFA building but a lot is still lacking. Still needs a lot of improvements. I do hope the 01Aug delivery date is true. Wait and see time.

wala pa rin passport ko. I had my passport renewed on June 13 -- was advised that I will receive it thru their courier on July 14... it is July 20 and I haven't received my passport! I called 7371000 to follow up but was directed to a recording that all operators are busy! their service sucks!!!

ay grabe ano ba yan,,nagpa sched ako for renewal at ang sched date ko ay aug 26,, by september kasi anytime bka bigla akong umalis w/my kid so pinagreready lang muna ako ni hub ko,,,, di kaya mabitin yun passport ko and ng anak ko...parang ayoko muna atang iparenew tutal sa May 2012 pa maeexpire...what do u think sisses?

thanks for the site sis. I made a follow up for my hubby's passport. It was applied June 9 and ETD July 15. Eh anong petsa na... hayyy kelan ba magiimprove ang gov't agencies...

sis, wag mo na ipadeliver. feeling ko yun yung may problema e. the courier!

naku nagwoworry nako...we applied nibaby july 6.. date of release july 20.. july 21na walapa din.. calledthe courier nasa dfapa daw.. hindi pa nirerelease..  pinarush ko na nga late pa din sus!

nagpasched ako sa DFA pampanga via email... and now, hinahanap ko sa mga emails ko, nadelete ko yata. Pwede ba ko tumawag sa DFA para hanapin nila yung appointment ko at iparesend ko ulit sa email address ko?

I got a text from DFA:
Your passport is now available at the DFA-OCA Releasing Section. Just wait for the delivery. You may contact them thru the number on your receipt for queries.

Malamang! kasi july 14 pa dapat delivery nun e! e kelan nga dadating? DUH!

mga sis ask ko lang ang new applicant ba hinihingan ng nbi clearance? tnx

if u have insufficient primary documents, they may ask you for additional supporting documents and one of them is the NBI clearance.

Got our passports na  akala ko pati sa releasing meron courtesy lane din pag may baby, wala pala pero buti na lang mabilis lang. di na kame nag courier sabay lang namin sa gala namin sa MOA

another question pala, i just noticed that in the form (the one sent by DFA via email) my address was not completely indicated, question is, need ko bang i-handwritten yung incomplete address info of dun na lang sa DFA yun fi-fillupan sa harap ng officer?
