nung sa sister ko kasi last May 30 inabot ata sya ng more than 2 hrs, kaya kanina natuwa lang ako kasi ang bilis

sissess dapat  ba updated yung NBI clearance? tia. ala pa kasi akong sss id e. nagpapic nako ng sss kaso pahirapan na releasing.

ay naku kame sis inabot kame ng more than 2 hrs. we were there mga 8 natapos kame ng 1. pasaway naman kasi yung mga iba, kulang kulang yung documents and nakikiapag argue pa ang mga iba sa officers kaya lalo tumatagal. kainis..

oo nga, and yung iba di pa naka photocopy docs. Yung nasa unahan ko kanina medyo nagtagal din sya kasi late registration daw yung birth cert nya, ayun di sya nag continue ng process. may time lang siguro talaga na mabilis dahil konti lang din yung tao and konti lang yung pasaway

Yah I agree.. Kasi sa Step 1 pa lang grabe na inabot namin eh. Nakaalis kame dun almost 10 am na from 8 am haiz

sis you need to bring yung primary documents like birth cert, marriage cert, ID.
Then bring any available supporting docs like yung NBI clearance, sss id, prc id, one sis even brought her yearbook para supporting docs. Anything bring mo na para hindi ka na madeny at pabalikin na naman another day.

thank you, sis. renewing my passport was a breeze! appt was 8am, but i arrived at 7am. so i was done by 8am

i brought my birth cert and a few id's and my old passport. i photocopied 2 id's, and that's all they checked.

For my son:
School ID
Birth Certificate
Kukuha ko palang siya ng Baptismal Certificate eh

Yan lang ang mahanap ko na mga supporting docs namin mag-ina.

Online Form ang ginamit ko, may part dun na para sa mga minors, Yung part ng travelling companion. Ok lang ba if hindi ko na-fill upan iyon? Tutal ako naman ang kasamang mag-aaply ng anak ko.

Sa akin kasi sa son ko since new sya original birth certificate dala ko and also photocopy mo na rin yung baptismal kasi hiningan rin ako. Mas okay na madami kang dalang ID kesa kulangin ka sis. As for your documents yes ayos na yan. make sure na ipa photocopy mo  yung mga IDS mo kasi photocopy lang naman ang hihingin eh. Usually 2 valid IDs, NBI clearance and application form lang need mo.

- You dont need to fill it up kung ikaw rin ang kasama when you travel. Usually finifill up lang yan if wala ka dito sa Pinas and may kasamang iba aside sa parents ang bata paglabas ng bansa. And need to ng DSWD clearance as far as I can remember.

I suggest mag cab ka na lang. San ka ba baba if ever na andito ka na sa Manila? Mas mabilis na mag cab ka na lang para sure na makakarating ka on time. Although meron sa Baclaran na jeep na orange yata yun na umiikot dun sa Macapagal pero syempre nag aantay pa yun na mapuno, so time consuming pa sya. Mag cab ka na lang, alam na halos lahat yan ng mga taxi driver.

When you call the appointment center, ask them anong available date na saturday. they will give you naman option to choose. Same thing if you will do it online. Choose mo lang yung Saturday.

Ask ko lang po nawawala po kasi yung old passport ko (na di nagamit kahit minsan lolz), and expired na din sya.

Ngayon po i'm newly married, so pwede kayang new passport na lang i-apply ko? since di ko na makita yung old passport and change name naman na ko etc.?

Alam ko they can still trace that. I suggest just get an Affidavit of Loss since nawala sya. Kahit alam ko na magche change name ka, they will still be able to trace your old passport number.

My mind is a blank and it has been a while since I've applied for a passport. I don't have time to back read and I hope someone can go over this and give me tips/sugg.

I am applying for a new passport for my youngest child (1yo) this Sat. I've gone over the DFA passport applic webbie and would like to double check if I've the correct/complete docs already.

application form printed in long bond paper
NSO birth certificate, original and photocopy
baptismal certificate, original and photocopy

Since she is a minor and I'll be choosing TRAVELLING WITH MOTHER, I also have:
my passport, original and photocopy of biopage.

My questions are as ffs:
1. Do I have to submit my passport as well or do they just scan/go over it and return it to me?
2. Do I sign/write on anything on the application form or do I do everything in front of the DFA officer?

1. Yes photocopy your passport. Page 1-3 and your latest in and out from immigration. They will just check your passport and return it to you.

2. Leave the signature part on the application blank, they will ask you to sign it there in front of them on Step 1. You don't have to write anything as well on the traveling companion part since you're the mother and all they need is your personal appearance together with your kid.

I only have my Philhealth ID as government ID, yung SS wala pa hindi pa dumarating.  Tatanggapin kaya yun na valid ID sa dfa pag nag apply ako new passport plus my company ID lang? and other docs meron naman ako like birth certificate and mariage certificate all galing NSO.

just done setting appointment via dfa's website, nakakalokah, walang available slot for August, ang meron lang is July 26 and 28 kaya July 28 kinuha ko.

I got mine on the date it should be released. I suggest you bring your ticket with you and inform the processor about your travel. Photocopy it so in case they can attach it para ma-expedite nila yung passport mo.

I think yeah. Bring the pink form of your SSS, application ba yun I think its the E-6 and photocopy it.

yup,mare-receive mo naman..we applied june 3rd,got them on june 27th kapag after 5pm ka na na-process,ginagawa na daw nilang express so 1,200php na ang fee..
