may nakakaalam ba kung pwede rin samahan ng government employee yung mga kapatid nya sa pag kuha ng passport, no need for appointment? thanks!!!

I am not so sure sis but I think ang pwede sa government employee priveledge na yan is yung mommy, daddy, anak. just ask the dfa hotline to make sure.

alam ko pwede rin husband/wife, nagawa na kase ng officemate ko yun...kapatid na lang talaga ang hindi ko alam. thanks sis!

May sira pa rin ba ang machines ngayon ng DFA sa processing ang releasing passports? Nagwoworry ako kasi I need a passport as soon as possible (papadala kasi ako ng company) baka di umabot ang passport ko. Usually kahit rush 1 month pa rin? 

as far as I know wala na daw. But to be sure, bring your ticket and inform the processor of your travel. better if you can bring your ticket with you.

Feeling ko din  medyo nakaka catch up na sila. Asar nga eh kasi nagpa appoint officemate ko kahapon, June 13 nakuha nya. One week lang samatalang nung April na nagpapasched ako June 14 na ang earliest, di tuloy ako natuloy sa trip ko. I have also read in some forum na nag email lang din sila and medyo na speed up pa sa expected release. just be courteous and explain ur urgency lang daw.

Parang me changes na rin sa appointment style. Before kasi kahit ilang appointment pick mo basta yung latest confirmed ang final sched mo. Ngayon me nakaexperience sa amin na ayaw na payagan mag pick ng new sched after 3 times. Sinasabi me sched na sya and narerecognized via the IP address. Hindi ko lang sure kung okay na uli pag sa ibang PC na. Me naka experience na ba nito?

I also read somewhere na may tracking facility na rin sila. Kindly check na lang sa dfa site.

when i called the appointment center, wala naman feedback sa kanila daw na may delays. as for the release dates, may nakapost dun sa mga processing windows kelan ang releases. Sabi dun sa news June daw maayos yung machines but till now wala lang update if naayos na.. baka naman maayos na nga

my friend who applied for her passport (new applicant) was told na makukuha niya passport niya in 6 months! seryoso ba to!

^hala grabe naman kung 6 months, nagpa renew ako last april 18, after 25 days nakuha ko naman.

omg is this true? I paid for Express and they said release date would be June 30.  Im flying out 2nd week of July... Nooo...  Cinancel na din nila old passport ko so there's no extending it.  *panic mode!*

6 months? di naman siguro, baka mali lang sya ng intindi 

My sister just applied last May 31(new applicant), and release date is on July 7.

I have my renewal appointment on July 4.

kinakabahan tuloy ako sa passport ko!  release date is June 30, pero ayoko ng delays. I have a flight on July 10..

mga sis, nagbook ako last night para appointment for my mom. pero until now wala pa rin yung confirmation sa email ko. typical ba yun? kase sabi they'll send something sa email ko then i have to acknowledge within 24 hours. pero until now wala pa rin sa inbox ko!

nakakakaba nga ang renewal ng passport. yung schedule na nakuha ko sa august 2 na, eh kailangan makabalik ng US si mommy ng December dahil di siya pwede mag-overstay outside the US ng over 6 months! mafo-forfeit ang green card niya. merong bang special assistance kapag ganun ka-urgent ang need?

I thought open na for the August date I am waiting for. Hanggang first week of August pa lang ang open. Hopefully, next week open na third week of August. Is it still one month releasing even for renewal lang?

hayy...hindi dumating yung confirmation sa hotmail ko. inulit ko ulit using hotmail. wala. then inulit ko ulit, this time I used my yahoo account. ayun, it worked! weird.

buti na lang available pa yung same schedule na nabook ko. sa tatlong beses kong umulit merong lumilitaw na earlier dates like june, pero pag pinili mo, sasabihin someone already picked the date.

so siguro merong ilan na nagka-cancel ng appointment. i'll watch for this. baka maka-tyempo ako ng mas maaga pa sa august.
