Hello girls, it's my first time to join the network. Nakakaaliw na may place for Marikina peeps to share everything Marikina

I've tried Cafe Lidia and super sarap siya.  I'm also constantly on the lookout for what's good to eat dito banda as atin and I think I'm going to try Lola Helen's next kasi parang super daming raves hehe

Anyway, may alam ba kayong magaling na mananahi/modista dito? May mga nakita kasi akong damit sa magazines and gusto ko sana ipakopya (baka sakaling mas mura than store-bought rtw?). any suggestions welcome

di kami taga marikina, pero malapit lang naman, sa vista verde kasi hehe. daming masarap kainan sa marikina. my fave is qizia cafe!!! then aling remy's puto and kutsinta haha.. craving for it right now.kainis haha. sarap din sa lydias! My hubby and I want to try isabelo naman.

sana merong bilihan ng aling remy's puto na mas malapit pa sa amin haha

Also from Marikina. But this year lang namin na-try yung Cafe Lidia when we went home three weeks ago from overseas. And sa sobrang nagustuhan namin, 3x kami bumalik in two weeks and practically tried everything. hehe

There is a new coffee shop in SSS Village - Daddy Berkz. It is owned by a HSmate. Okay naman yung drinks. The food, we haven't tried it yet. Though a little bit pricey sila.

I am no longer amazed with Cafe Lidia. Somehow, I think the quality has deteriorated and has become sub-standard. It's no longer as good as it used to be. Five times na bland yung lasagna that really WOW'ed me the first few times and can say the same thing with the pizza. Though I can safely say that their buffalo wings is still to die for.

Has anyone eaten at Boyong's along E. de la Paz in San Roque? The place isn't as great as Cafe Lidia's but they have great sandwiches. I especially like their grilled chicken sandwich. They're really yummy but are reasonably priced, with nothing more than 90 bucks - I'm referring to their sandwiches. Their pastas cost less than a hundred bucks too. I like their pesto. They also have barbecue which is yummy as well. They have a half-pounder burger sandwich for 90 bucks too. Anyway, I recommend the place if you're not too picky about the ambiance.
