I'm also looking for a good school for my 5yo daughter for the next school year. So far eto ang options ko:

- Canossa (Medyo mahal ang tf but I think sulit naman since andaming activities for the kids. I also heard maganda ang turo dito.)

- Marie Margarette School (average tf and okay daw dito from what I've read in this thread)

- Kindertech of Uno Cevita (wala pa kong nababasang feedback but from what I've seen sa site nila mukhang okay naman.) How much kaya tf dito?

Baka may ma-recommend pa kayo na malapit sa Tagapo, mga sis. Tia!

Marie Margarette School average ang TF pero same naman daw ang quality ng educ sa Holy and Canossa...kasi every time na may competition nanalo sila...talo nila yung 2. Nakita ko sa Tarp nila top  9 sila sa NAT sta rosa...holy is 16 lang canossa is 14 lang ata...i dont remember....

Holy is good din but the disciple of their students ang ayoko, i shouldknow, doon din ako graduate...

hi mga sis need help naman to decide, i have a 3 yr old daughter na mag aaral na this june. But I can't decide from CSA binan and Casa delnino pacita. My mother in law is working in casa as Admin and used to be an highschool english teacher. kaya sobrang build up nya and gusto nya [textspeak!] sa Casa ko ipasok ang daughter namin. We live in pacita kaya mas malapit samin ang Casa But to be honest, I've checked Casa elementary school and I am not impressed with their classrooms. Personal choice ko [textspeak!] ang CSA but I haven't been there yet. Any feedback with this 2 schools mga sis. CSA and Casa. and hows there teaching naman and tuition fee? Salamat po sa mga sasagot

hello.. sisses, kami isang tumbling away lang kami from CSA binan pero ang daughter ko eh sa La Consolacion binan ko pinapapasok for 2 yrs na.. theyre sort of sister schools naman kasi... itong csa lang is under augustinian priest while nuns naman ang nagmamanage sa laco.. and tf wise mas cheaper naman sa laco.. pero kasi meron ako mga kakilala na nag aaral sa csa according to them eh 45 daw per class don.. while sa laco eh 33 lang per class maxx.. and i guess same lang din naman ang turo.. kasi parang di rin naman fluent mag english ang taga csa..

my brother studied high school at csa. okay naman ang turo. i graduated at science hs, same naman na 2 math and science subjects per year. kaso dahil sa pari ang nagpapalakad, parang ang daming days nilang walang pasok compared to a normal school dahil sa feast ng kung sinu-sinong saints. ang naalala ko lang na tuition fee is nung 4th yr na siya, installment halos nasa 70k+. school service was almost 3k/mo because we reside in muntinlupa.

@sis maganda ang turo sa casa del nino.i know at least 10 people na graduate doon.lahat sila matatalino at maayos.meron pa nga isa sa kanila naulila sa magulang nung hs,ginawang scholar ng school. Problema lang,more than 10yrs na din mula nung naggraduate sila so di ko masabi if ganun pa din ngayon.

Thanks mga sis sa infos. nag inquire ako sa CSA 41k ang enrollment, di pa kasali ang other things needed so most likely aabutin din [textspeak!] ng 50k. 45 students per class kahit mga nursery sis? parang di yata maganda pag ganun kasi di matutukan lahat ng students. Di ko pa na inquire sa Casa pero sabi ng mother in law ko if dun ko ipapasok daughter namin may discount daw. I don't know pa kung magkano TF sa kanila.

At first we want our kid to enrol at CSA. However, turned-off na ko ngayon sa kanila. Here are the reasons why:

1. My 7 y.o. daughter came from an exclusive school in Manila and that institution teaches SG math kaya me difficulty din for me na turuan siya. Plus we had several trials last school year kaya in a way naapektuhan din 'yung bata. Unfortunately, nagkaron siya ng below 80 grade mark sa Math lang but the others are OK naman (85-91). Kaso since isa sa mga admission policies nila eh they don't accept students with grades below 80 on major subjects. Pina-check pa sa father principal kung iko-consider daw 'yung bata since marami naman siyang line of 9. We waited for 3 days since nasa bakasyon ang principal. The verdict today: they won't be considering my daughter because they have "standards" daw. Nakiusap ako na baka naman pwede mag-test muna anak ko saka sila mag-decide. However, ayaw talaga man lang bigyan ng chance ang anak ko. Naawa na nga lang ako sa daughter ko kasi iniyakan niya talaga. Mga cousins niya kasi dito mag-aaral this incoming year for pre-school. What signal does it send to kids di ba? Napaka-nega nila na hindi man lang nila binigyan ng chance mag-improve with their help (if ever) 'yung bata. I know that teaching is a vocation, and vocation is a divine call to service-- so why won't they help kids with low grades and make them improve with this one subject she's having difficulty with?

2. Another consideration daw is dapat kasal ang parents sa church. I used to be a solo parent and lately lang kami nag-reconcile ng partner ko kaya hindi pa namin pinapasok ang mga decisions na sinlaki ng pagpapakasal. They wanted their students to value the sacraments daw at dapat married sa simbahan ang magulang. Isa pang point daw 'yun against us.

Sa kin lang, why would they let the kid suffer the consequences of her/his parents' life choices? Napaka-discriminating talaga. Sayang, maganda lang ang campus nila at name pero heartless at inconsiderate naman ang nagma-manage.

Di ko na alam sis. Gusto ko sanang personal na makausap 'yung Father Principal pero May pa daw ang balik. Pinaulit-ulit kasi nila 'yang dalawang reasons na 'yan. Sana lang, they gave my daughter a chance to take the entrance exam saka sila mag-decide.
