just want to share my thoughts here, i've started taking japhok (from MagicPotions) in Jun 2011 kasi i want to slim down before our Dec 2011 wedding. Namayat ako ng sobra from 155lbs down to 132 lbs. Hands on din ako sa wedding details namin pero much of the weight loss is due to taling this pill. As of this writing, di pa ulit ako nag-take (since Jan). Pero will be starting again by next week. Happy of the result talaga.

nakapag avail ako ng hokkaido for less than 200 . plan ko kasi magresell .

nagstop ako kasi may outing kami for a week ako walang pills . parang tumaba na lalo ako . ngayon start ulit .

Hi! Yung dosage ba na 2 pills a day same pa rin on the 2nd month of using? I was told kasi na 2pills for the 1st month then 3 na on the succeeding months, tama ba yun?

Anyway, I've been taking the pills for 12 days na. It really is effective, I've lost some belly fats and my face looks thinner na. =)

share ko lang mga sis, lagi ako bumibili nito sa magic potion (250php) yung unang bottle ko sa makati branch ko nabili at super effective nga siya wala naman siyang side effects sakin (laging feeling mo busog ka lang at uhaw) at naglose ako ng 12pounds sa isang bote. pero nung 2nd bottle na sa may st. francis ko nabili parang fake ata yung nabili ko dun ewan ko lang ah kasi nakaramdam nako lagi ng hilo nun at parang wala ng effect siya sakin kaya nagstop ako for 2months. pero nung feb nagstart uli ako pero sa makati na uli ako bumibili ayun same effect nung una, naglose uli ako pero sa mga sumunod na bottle parang mabagal yung effect at pangmaintain nalang talaga siya. IMO.  naiingganyo nga rin yung kuya ko kaya nagpabili sakin, sa  2bottles niya super laki talaga ng pinayat niya.

Is this better than pretty model?

I tried slimina last year, and in fairness, I lost 10 kilos after consuming the entire bottle. I still wanted to lose weight sana, kaso, when I purchased the second bottle, parang immune na ako sa effects. And now, a year after, dahil sa katakawan ko, (kain kung kain kasi ), I gained 3 kilos. I need drastic measures na kasi, I'm getting married this year.

I've been using it for 4 days now and here are my experiences:
1. On the first day, nanuyo talaga ang lalamunan ko. I recommend you to always bring with you a bottle of water for this pill will make you feel thristy all the time.
2. It really regulates bowel movement. Depende sa amount na kinakain mo, kung marami kang food intake, expect a solid stool. Pero kung kunti lang kinakain mo, expect a watery stool. Unlike other slimming pills, it does not eliminate fatty oil through bowels kasi hindi sya oily stool.
3. What makes this product so effective is that it suppresses your appetite. Mawawalan ka ng ganang kumain. Kung noon pinipigilan kong kumain, ngayon pinipilit ko na talagang kumain kasi nanghihina na rin ang katawan ko.
4. I'm having sleeping troubles since I took these pills. I even stopped drinking coffee pero ganun pa rin. Yun lang ang nakikita kong malaking side effect nito.
5. On my fourth day of using it, I actually shed 2 inches off my waist. My face also looks thinner.
6. So far, so good. I've tried Fitrum, Xenical, Pearl White, pero wala ring nagbago sa akin. Fitrum and other L-Carnitine products are all promises but no results. Xenical and Pearl White eliminate fats through bowels pero pag nagbawas ka na, you'll immediately feel hungry which triggers you to eat more. Pearl White doesn't make your skin fairer, slimming lang talaga sya.
I'll still keep using Hokkaido for another four days, pero kapag di pa nag-normalize ang tulog ko, I have no choice but to stop it.
