15 days ko na iniinom ang pills and i lost 5 kilos..pero 4 days before..ng palpitations ako..hangang to the point na i went to the hospital coz i cant breathe anymore...then i realized it's not really worth it..you will lose weight but u will compromise your health naman..but then hindi naman [textspeak!] pareho pareho ang effect every person...i think you really have to be careful befire taking diet pills..baka hindi hiyang sayo..importante parin talaga ang healthy diet and exercsie than to rely fully on this pill..

kapag nakaubos na ba ng isang bottle kailangan ba munang mag rest mga 1 week then start ka ulet for 2nd bottle ?

madami nagbebenta dito samin but i am hesitant kasi di ko talaga magets difference nung authentic vs fake. Paenumerate po ng mga dapat icheck ko like yung number saan ko makikita? At syempre di ko yata pwede icheck kulay ng laman ng capsule sa store so ano pa po pwede pangcheck? Thanks.

i started this thread when I first take my hokaido pills.. I lose weight of course..
then i have stoppped wala lang.. wala kasi pera nung time na yun tas dito sa davao tig 300 ang 1 box..

ngayon balik ulet ako kasi mataba ulet ako 57kgs and i am 5'5 in height ok lang naman kaso gusto ko talaga payat ako ei..

its my 7th day if taking hokkaido,
so far ok naman sya sa pakiramdam, hindi na masyadong
nanunuyo yung lalamunan ko,
one thing ang pinaka gusto ko dito,
after kong kumaen, mag pooh kagad ako, and kahit mag pooh pa ako
hindi pa din ako magugutom agad,
and my boyfriend is telling me na kahit papaano may nagbago sa
shape ng body ko, dati kasi madali nyang makurot yung bewang ko,

I am super curious with this diet pill.

I used to take Zhen de Shou. Sobrang bilis bumaba yung weight ko. In a month, I lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks. Kaya lang, they banned this pill kasi nagkakaroon ka daw ng liver ailments that's why I stopped.

I am reading this thread and same lang yung effects ng Zhen de Shou with the Hokkaido. Where can I buy authentic ones? It's hard to determine which one is fake kasi none of my friends are taking this.

MARCH 15, 2012done na sa 1st bottle of hokkaido. at first, I thought ndi [textspeak!] effective. but then after sa 1st bottle. i lost 2-4 inches sa waist ko. wala [textspeak!] kaming weighing scale eh huhu routine ko sa umaga 30 mins bfore ako kumain 2 pills of hokkaido then sa gabe take 2 tablespoon ng virgin coconut oil.... as in wala akong gana. pag nkasubo nako parang ayaw ko na kaya pinipilit ko hanggang 5 tbsp para hindi nila halata na diet.
