tried hokkaido the past 4 days. REACTION: since i hate taking meds, i had a HARD time swallowing the capsule. medyo malaki kasi eh (and again, i hate taking meds) nung nabili ko yung hoks ko, di ko kaagad ininom because i was hesitant since may mga reviews din na hindi maganda ang effect. first i tried it for two days, nawalan ako ng gana. parang ang pait kasi ng panglasa ko eh and ramdam ko agad yung pagluwag ng mga damit ko. then i stopped for a week, the i used it for 4 days. same effect i felt na lumuluwang mga damit ko. kaso every morning its harder for me to take the meds eh, feeling ko nasusuka ako makita ko lang yung capsule. on my 3rd and 4th day feeling ko para akong tatrangkasuhin ( i dont know if its due to the weather or dahil im taking the meds) and i had headaches. also i had difficulty sleeping. for now, i stopped muna. ill continue na lang when i have the guts na to swallow the meds.. (whew)   
nga pala, i bought mine from an online seller in sulit. of all the sellers i texted (from fb, multiply and FN) isa lang ang nagreply and good thing she sells retails and ang fast ng transaction.

recently i bought one bottle at magic potions, i checked the hologram sticker at color gold na siya at wala na yung "beware of fake on top", i also checked the 6-digit code ...101 ( di ba dapat di nauulit daw yung number?), i also checked the color of the capsule and so far, it's color light brown. ano na ba ang original or authentic case or box nito? pakita naman please, thanks!

So far wala naman ako problem dun sa mga Hokkaido pills na nabili ko sa Magic Potions. I just checked the one I bought recently and it's authentic naman. Medyo pinkish/light brown yung powder sa loob (not very dark). The sticker and code match those claiming na authentic ones that I see on the Internet. I got it sa store nila sa St. Francis. Dun ako lagi bumibili. Been doing that for over one year na.

Effective sa akin tong pills na to. I lost a lot of weight because of it. I was 140 lbs. and lost 20 lbs. in less than two months.

Just make sure you drink plenty of water, and DO NOT starve yourself, dahil if you do magiging dry throat niyo, sasakit ulo niyo, and you're going to feel weak and light headed. Eat normally, but in smaller servings. In my case, pag nasosobrahan ng kain, I immediately poop it all out. Isipin niyo na lang, what goes in, must come out! At naging pawisin ako lalo. Nagkapimples ng konti, pero manageable naman.

Cravings are less. I only take one pill a day with a full glass of water after I wake up early in the morning. Matapang siya for me dahil when I tried taking two, halos pilitin ko na talaga yung sarili ko na kumain. On the other hand, wala naman ako naging insomnia. Suggestion ko lang to those experiencing sleepless nights while taking this pill: reduce or do not consume any caffeinated drinks.

Advice ko lang, huwag kasi magmadali pumayat, dahil if you do magkakasakit talaga kayo. And of course, what easily came off, will easily come back, especially if you don't maintain the routine, so you can't really rely on taking these pills forever.

i also got mine at magic potions st. francis square. i checked the contents and it has exactly 40 capsules and the the powder is light brown. it was my first day to take hokkaido today and so far nakaka-suppress nga sya ng appetite - pero i still manage to eat small frequent meals. ayoko naman kasi sumakit ulo ko.

what i felt during the whole day
- felt the need to drink water constantly
- slight palpitations but manageable
- parang puyat yung feeling / tired eyes
- nanlalata ako and when i got home this afternoon - gusto ko lang humiga

i just hope this works for me. =D

dati i used to buy @ magic potion and pumaya naman ako. I think last year un mga aftr summer, d q na matandaan. Tpos last month feeling q 2mataba nnmn ako so bumili ulit ako dun.
Pero napansin q 2 months na kahapon ng nagtake ako & parang lalo akong 2mataba, and mas magana pa akong kumain ngayon. Isa pa wlng dryness of throat n gaya ng dati.. sa sticker, tinignan ko naman kasi yung laman nung capsule then light brown sya.

ang effect naman sakin is, sobrang nakakatuyot ng lalamunan.
i do smoke so parang dumoble yung tuyo ng lalamunan ko.
then pag mag 12 na ng tanghali hindi ko na nararamdaman na
kumakalan yung tyan ko
at sa gabi onti lang din nakain ko dahil i feel full pa din kahit late na..
so far yun pa lang naman ang nararamdaman ko ..
