well sis may ibang gumamit na nakaexperience ng delayed menstruation maybe because na rin sa biglang pagbago ng weight natin ( not sure though). my friend actually asked me nga if she take one pill lang ba daw will it still make her lose weight. kasi nakwento yung ako dati 2 pills as instructed yun nga nakaexperience ako na nanlalamig kamay at paa ko, medyo nahihirapan ako huminga and lutang feeling ko. so if she takes one pill a day ba same rin ang effect or di na sya ganun ka effective? di ko kasi masagot sya kasi ako 2 capsules talaga iniinom ko nun.. many thanks

^oo sis.. same lang din ang effect kahit one pill lang a day... actually mas effective pag 2 pills pero ok na ang 1 pill a day. tignan muna niya effect sa kanya.. pag kaya niya then tsaka niya i try 2 pills.. para mas mabilis... pero kung hindi naman siya masyado nagmamadali kahit once a day lang..

Try to check yung laman ng pill, it should be light colored yung powder niya, parang pinkish na white. If it is dark brown, that's fake.

HI! I'm taking Hokkaido pills for almost 1 week na. And pagka 6th day ko, nagkaroon ako ng light menstrual bleeding.  Kakatapos ko lang magkaroon last two weeks tapos ngayon I have nanaman.
