^ako din sis i stopped yesterday. it has only been a week since i started taking this. hindi yata ako hiyang.. grabe insomnia ko hindi ako nakakatulog and sakit din sa ulo. natakot ako. balik exercise and diet nalang. wala din ako nag lose ng weight. buti ka pa 10 lbs. kaagad in 2 weeks lang? wow!

hi there sis.. yah familiar nga ikaw classmate nga tyo sa ibang thread.. anyways i was able to buy the hokiado slimming pills kanina lang sa st francis square. though angrecommended ng mga nagbebentaal eh  dun ay yun slimina.. mas mahal eh kaya try ko muna ito jp hok.sana it will work for me.. im already 20lbs overweight!

naku buti na lang yan ang binili mo i've tried slimina after ma out of stock ng jh sa kanila but after 1 week i stopped na kasi it didn't work for me unlike yang jh. goodluck you'll surely lose weight there and bonga2 ka after 2 bottles.

on my 3rd week of taking the jap hok... and i lost 12lbs! may palpitations nga lang pero bearable naman.. regular poops.. and walang ganang kumain sa gabi.

UPDATE: I'm done na with my first bottle and lost 8-10lbs siguro. 10lbs flat sana kaya lang napasabak ako sa rice isang weekend so ayun. Kasalanan ko rin lol.

Side Effects: (Eto lang 'yung mga nafeel ko ha sa 1st bottle)

1. On my first week, regular na 'yung poop ko. Kasi dati constipated talaga. Parang LBM 'yung consistency pero konti lang talaga kasi hindi nga ako mashado kumakain kasi hindi ako nagugutom. Pagkakain ko, mga 1 hour, na-poop na ako. Pero 'yung stomach pain, tolerable naman and pwede tiisin compared sa Biguerlai na hindi pwedeng tiisin lol. So ganito ako all throughout taking the 1st bottle until few days after maubos.

2. May times na super nanghihina ako. But I guess na-aaggravate lang un because super init dati diba? Pag hapon ako usually ganyan. Kaya parang bed ridden ako hahaha.

3. Frequent orthostatic hypotension ('yung biglang tayo, tapos mahihilo). Shempre normal lang talaga to pero ngayon parang hindi na ako pwedeng basta basta tumatayo tapos slow heartbeat parang ganun. So para hindi ko ito mafeel, dahan dahan lang when getting up. Muni muni muna 

4/ Latter part ng 1st bottle, dito ko na nafeel 'yung dry mouth/throat. Shempre lagi na akong may dalang bottled water.

Advice ko lang sa mga side effects, kung magagawan naman ng paraan, maaavoid naman siya eh. 

I'm on my 2nd bottle now (3rd day). Side effects so far, #3 & #4  Nagpahinga ako nga few days before starting dito sa 2nd bottle

Bakit kaya hindi ume-effect sakin tong Jap Hok? Hindi ko ma-feel na lagi akong busog. Lol. Dati kasi with leisure 18, talagang busog ako and wala gana talaga kumain but with Jap Hok, may gana padin ako and regular padin yung pagkain ko. Haaay. I'm taking jap hok kasi nag-plateau na yung weight ko. Tinry ko na din bumalik sa leisure 18 pero hindi na rin effective. Nawalan na kaya ng epekto yung mga iniinom ko? Lol.

Hi! After reading the thread, I was finally convinced to try this. Bought 1 bottle from MP (St. Francis Square) last Wednesday. I'm on my 3rd day. Why kaya ganito? Ngayon lang ako nag-poo poo? I take 2 capsules ng sabay every morning kasi yun ang pagkakaintindi ko sa instructions. Am I doing it right kaya? Thanks!:)

sis yung #4 mo ganyan din yung naramdaman ko. hindi ko na feel yung dry mouth at parang wala ng effect sakin. 1 bottle palang yung nauubos ko parang ayoko na yata ulit bumili nito.

^ I suggest sis tapusin mo na lang 'yung buong bottle tapos pahinga ka na muna  Mga 1 week. If you think okay ka na and gusto mo pa mag-take, try mo ulit. Parang wala pa
naman ako nabasang feedback dito na nag-plateau (not sure ha). Pahinga lang siguro saka proper diet pa din hehe.

i'm on my 4th week na and on my my 2nd bottle. during the 1st bottle, after 1 week i saw and feel some changes on my weight pero ngayon.. almost half na nung 2nd bottle nauubos ko wala parin nagbabago. after nung first bottle i lost 10lbs, ngayon 1 1/2 bottle na naconsume ko still 10lbs parin. ano dapat kong gawin? kailangan ko ba muna magrest of taking jap hok o wala na syang effect sakin?

^ Same dilemma sis!  Same weight loss during the 1st bottle, I'm on my 6th day today ng 2nd bottle and no weight loss yet. Nagpahinga ako after my 1st bottle. Almost 1 week siguro.

same here but what i did was to stop taking it. then i exercise through badminton kahit mga 30 minutes 3x a week. then i took again after sometime, it took effect. i think it would still work but be sure to rest muna after finishing off a bottle i lost weight naman from resuming on the second bottle but i decided to stop muna. next time na lang siguro though i wont throw the remaining. btw, i still have 1.5 bottles of hokkaido with me

^ Yah I think exercising REALLY REALLY helps. Some would say kasi na okay na kahit walang exercise. When I started taking sa 2nd bottle ko, hindi pa yata naging regular 'yong exercise ko. Okay lang naman din kahit wala pang weight loss and weight gain at the same time 'cause wala pa ngang maayos na exercise tapos long weekend pa. Hindi mapigilan ang food intake. Hehe.

During my 1st bottle, I usually do cardio (I don't know kung anong machine 'yun) at least 30 minutes a day tapos weights every other day.

Sis do you think I should stop muna? Pero parang ayoko din kasi. Takot ako mag-gain ng weight lol. I stopped naman before I started my 2nd bottle. Almost a week din.
