What did u di sis? Still continue using it? Sakit kasi sa ulo ng walang tulog. Up to now d pa din ako makatulog. Kahit na antok na ako, when im in bed, [textspeak!] d din ako makatulog.

i love the hokkaido! its my 6th day and i lost 5lbs! wala naman akong problem sa pagtulog normal pa din and everyday na ako nadudumi. i can feel na pumapayat ako.... definitely i will continue using this hanggang mareach ko yung desired weight ko!

i gotta say effective talaga japan hokkaido, been taking it for 3 months na, lahat ng nakakakita saken sinasabihan ako na pumayat. Pero di ko siya araw araw tinetake, every other day lang, natatakot din kasi ako

Its my 6th day. Hindi talaga ako makatulog. Bakit ganito? Nahihirapan na ko kasi ang sama na ng pakiramdam ko. Will i still continue it?

hi mga sis! i just started taking hokkaido this morning, 2 pills before breakfast. i just have a question. i am going to start taking contraceptive pills this friday.

hokkaido in the morning, then contraceptive pills at night before i sleep. is this okay?

sis just a follow-up question.. nag effect pa rin ba sayo ang hokkaido for weight loss while on contraceptive pills? kasi as far as i know nakakagain ng weight ang contraceptive pills eh.

^^sis junichi406, hi sis.. so far wala pa naman ako na experience na side effect, but i've been taking this for 2 days pa lang (2 caps every morning). actually i like hokkaido more than the slimming coffee.. kasi dun sa coffee lutang ang feeling and i had trouble sleeping. plus, this is more convenient to take kesa dun sa slimming coffee na iinumin pa eh ayaw ko sa lasa talaga. different from the ordinary coffee, but it was also effective. i will give feedback if effective sa akin ang hokkaido after a week!

^^ oo sis.. I started at 56 kilos nung nag-take ako ng cofee then nag-down ako to 51 kilos, eh target ko kasi talaga 50 kilos, kahit anong inom ko ng coffee ayaw na mag-effect, na-stock ako sa 51 kilos, na-immune na ata ako, so nag-try ako ng hokkaido, and after 1 box I am down to 47 kilos...

junichi406: high on coffee? lol ummm.. how do i explain it.. basta sis whenever i drink the coffee, i feel light-headed and faint afterwards.

bhebe_q: wow congrats sis.. successful talaga weight loss mo ah. i hope i can achieve the same results. i'm around 123-125 lbs. right now. target weight ko 105-110 lbs. sinasabayan ko din ng diet and exercise ang hokkaido now kasi di ako kuntento if i take pills alone. para lang siyang 'supplement' talaga kasi once i hopefully reach my target weight, dapat i follow a healthy lifestyle to maintain my weight. di naman kasi forever take ng take ng pills/slimming coffee kasi nakakasama yun.

natutuwa naman ako sa mga sisses natin dito na talagang umaat na after taking JH. I really want to try this kasi need ko na talaga pumayat before sana ng measurement ko sa Jul. Im getting married this coming Dec. Sana pala datiko pa nakita ang thread na ito, pero di pa naman huli ang lahat. Can anyone recommend where to get the authentic one. TIA!

sis, sabi nila sa magic potion daw. mahirap kc bumili online o sa store baka fake. kc ako bumili ako 300 online kaso parang ambagal ng epek sakin. naisip ko baka fake un, though nong nagtatake ako ng JH feeling ko busog ako palagi, unti lang ako kumain, tapos normal ang bowel movement ko. kaso nagstop nako after 1 bottle kc ambagal ng result, try ko muna si slimina. good review kc and sabi ng doctor na kasama ko maganda daw [textspeak!] ingredients maghahati pa kami muna for trial.

natutuwa naman ako magbasa ng ibang post dito na pumayat sa JH .. ako now stop muna kasi on pills ako.. pero so far no bounce back effect 54-55kgs maintain ako.. ang gusto ko nga balik 50 kgs ako kasi naging over 61kgs ako before thanks to japan hokkaido

mga sis bago na po ang packaging ng japan hokkaido pills. bago na ang anti-counterfeit stickers po, rectangular in shape yung sticker na color blue,may nakalagay na Genuine at mga serial numbers yan na po pinkalatest na batch na dumating..

stop muna ako sa jap hok, sumasakit kc ulo ko pero di pa ako sure kung dahil sa jap hok or dahil sa low blood ako. kung pagpapapayat, yes! nakakapayat sya, i lost 10lbs. after 2weeks of taking this.
