I've started my JapHok eventhough I still don't have my period that time pero dumating pa din.

To those who are taking this, whatever you feel like being thirsty, shortness of breath etc. cannot be all be blamed to JapHok. Remember that it is summer time and the temperature's really rising. Combine this with exercise and healthy food intake para mas effective.

By the way, the last time I weighed, less than 120 lbs na ako, maybe 118 lbs?! Sana lang hindi sira yun weighing scale na yun..

Day 4 sa JapHok. Nakakatamad na kumain. Di ako nagugutom. Pero kumakain parin naman ako, kailangan eh, pero 1-2 times a day nalang. Dry ang skin pero di halos noticeable. Mejo lumiit tummy ko.

@dooonna mas safe sis kung sa Magic potions ka bibili mas mura pa kesa sa online seller. yung mga Online seller sa magic potion din naman sila bumibili eh. 250 pag sa Magic potion pero sa Online seller 280-500 binebenta yung JAP HOK.

Sis, how long have you used or have been using it? Did you followed the instructions? Was the JapHok authentic?

Six days of taking JapHok(almost 1 week)

First day - super uhaw, feeling pagod, slight palpitation, no appetite, wet ang poo and antok na antok (a plus for me since I have insomia :-)
2nd, 3rd to 4th day- uhaw parin, no appetite, wet ang poo and antok
5th day - tolerable na yung uhaw, no appetite and wet ang poo

It may sound unbelievable.  But I lost 10 lbs already.   I'm thinking sira weighing scale namin coz parang di naman ako pumayat.  Probably because I am sooo heavy talaga ngayon. As in!  Though obvious na sa tummy ko na lumiit.   

Imagine nung dalaga pa ako 115 lbs lang ako(height 5'5").  The heaviest would be 120lbs.  After 1 and a half year of marriage naging 150 lbs ako :-(  considering wala pa kaming anak.  Diba, grabe! Nakakaiyak   

I decided to take JapHok kasi yung mga damit ko di na talaga kasya. Tapos, feeling ng lahat buntis ako.  Napabili ako agad nung sinabi ng hubby ko, hon, i'm not complaining but sinasabi ko lang.  Maganda ka sana kaso ang taba mo na!  Aba, nasampal ko talaga!  Di ko talaga kinausap ng ilang days. haha!

As of today, 140lbs nalang ako.  Sana naman back to 115lbs ako within 3 months of taking JapHok.

^ yes sis. trusted seller naman yung nabilhan ko ng japHok seller din naman sya ng PM. I drink it 30 mins before eating. wala pa kasi ako masyadong nakikitang effects. hays. Ikaw ba sis natry mo ng gumamit nito? how was it naman?

@cassey14 Sis, gaano katagal mo na iniinom yung JAP HOK? in 1 week lang may effect na dapat yun. Sakin malaki naging epekto eh nag ka curve yung waist ko. dating 28 naging 26 na ngayon. di ko pa ubos yung 1st bottle ko ha. bale 1 week ako na 2x a day umiinom ng JAP HOK. on my 2nd week once a day na lang.

3rd day of using jap hok, so far ang effect palang saken ay:
  -always thirsty
  -dry mouth
  -mapait yung panlasa
  -nawala na yung mga cravings ko
  -di agad nakakaramdam ng gutom (pero you need to eat on time)
  -konting kain lang busog na agad.
  -feeling ko lumiit na konti yung tummy ko (feeling ko lang naman, hehe   )

***hopefully maging tuloy tuloy na effect sakin nito.

Sis hufflepuff03 - sis mga 11 days ko narin siyang iniinom pero diko pa mapansin yung effect nya talaga. Medyo sobra lang akong magpawis ngayon at laging uhaw. I'm now 50kls and target ko talaga mga 45kls. Gusto ko talaga lumiit yung hita,hips at braso ko.

if you are targetting a certain part of your body, it would still be best to accompany this with exercise. it is effective for me. try to compare your weights before and after taking this. otherwise, baka talagang payat ka na kaya hindi umeepekto... a friend's friend kasi ganyan, she just wanted to tone some parts of her body and if possible to be really skinny kahit payat na, ayun! hindi rin umepekto.
